Their business model sucks. Don't fall prey
I generally don't write reviews. But I was upset with their service that I'm writing this.
First of all, I got to know about traveasy from google flights. Their quote is 2k less than singapore airlines website. So, I clicked on it.
When I went to their site, the rate is different. I don't know how they show one rate to Google and change it for real customers.
I still paid the amount they asked for, which is actually same as airlines website. They said they received the money, but didn't issue the ticket.
I filled their annoying 'contact us' form. Called them twice. After about 6 hours, finally they sent my ticket.
I heard that they have asked for more money, from some customers saying that the flight rate has increased between the time they paid and the ticket issued. Luckily this didn't happened to me.
Don't fall prey to this company, folks

Booked a flight from Delhi to Phuket…
Booked a flight from Delhi to Phuket for 6 passenger's and for one minor passenger (5 yr old) there is an extra letter in the name which I don't know how it occurred because I booked the return flight from another website and there it is showing correct. Now Air India doesn't have any issue in correcring the typo but traveasy is asking for money first 5000 then 1000 and now no response. I regret why I chose this website for flight booking.
