Scam company
Scam company, they sell you a ticket then try and extort a ridiculous amount of money out of you for baggage, which is already included with yoir flight ticket.
Don't pay them it's a scam your baggage is included with the airline.

Be very careful when booking with this company. I booked a flight they had advertised on a comparison website. My payment was accepted an a confirmation of the booking sent to me that confirmed the flights but but the tickets were pending. After 24 hrs I was contacted and told that I needed to pay almost £2000 to secure my flights as I was on a waiting list. The flights sold to me were traveling with Air transat. I checked the flights on there website and they were and are at the time of writing still adverting available seats on the selected flights.so why has cheapflights.com put me on a waiting list. This seams like a scam.
Fortunatly Amy spent a great deal of time with us and did her very best to assist in resolving the issue. She was very polite and patient. I commend her as her job must be made difficult. I still feel that the web site could be improved or give more and clearer information.

I made a booking online to Mauritius.
I made a booking online to Mauritius through this company and got confirmation that my booking was accepted for £656.00 and will receive my eticket within 48 hours. Didn’t receive my eticket within this time so I rang them and I was told the basic economy ticket was not available now but if I travel standard economy it will cost me over £1000 as I will be able to have a checked in luggage of 23kg which I didn’t want as I was happy to travel with hand luggage only. They said that the £656 will be returned within 1 or 2 days.
I’m not going to use this company anymore as they were using cheap tactics in order to get me to buy more expensive tickets.

One suitcase cost almost the same to check in as the whole flight
The agencies original cost of flight was reasonable as I take the London, Philippines journey at least twice a year.
I was very surprised when I received a phone call from them saying I had to pay them nearly double the original payment to check in one suitcase on line or the airline would charge me an incredible amount per kilo to check in at the airport. The normal procedure is to book checked in baggage and seats on the airlines website for a small amount in comparison . The agencies caller was very polite but I feel frustrated and curious as to how this can be. I will obviously contact the airline to check their baggage costs and procedures.
