Trip to Thailand.
I can’t recommend BrightSun Travel enough, especially working with Parul Jadav.
From the moment we were referred to Parul by a friend, right through to arriving back in the UK, the level of service was exceptional. Everything was handled with a genuinely personalised touch — it never felt like a standard package, but something tailored specifically to us.
Parul supported us every step of the way, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. All transfers were perfectly organised, timings were spot on, and the hospitality at every location we visited exceeded expectations. It’s rare to find someone who is this attentive to detail while still making everything feel effortless for the customer.
What really stood out was the value for money. The price we paid for the trip was incredibly reasonable, especially considering the high level of service we received. Honestly, I don’t think we would have found a better deal anywhere else, let alone with this level of care and professionalism.
If you’re looking for a seamless, well-organised, and truly enjoyable travel experience, Parul is the person to go to.
10/10 – would absolutely book again!

Fantastic travel agency
We had a fantastic experience booking our family holiday, thanks to the excellent support we received. The customer service from our agent, Nisha, was outstanding from start to finish. She dealt with all of our enquiries promptly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Nisha went above and beyond by contacting the hotel on our behalf, as we were travelling with elderly family members. She ensured that all of our family rooms were arranged close together, which gave us great peace of mind.
She also supported us with booking our flights and meals, making sure every detail was taken care of. On top of that, the pricing was very competitive, especially for a large family holiday.
We really appreciate the care and attention we received and would highly recommend this service to others.

Excellent customer service. The person who booked our holidays Bhagesh was very knowledgeable & polite.
If we had any queries then all enquiries were passed onto same officer & he would get back to us the same day.
This was our first package holiday with BRIGHTSUN & we have been really happy with their service.
Unfortunately due to current travel restrictions via Emirates, our holiday had to be cancelled. BRIGHTSUN sorted out our refund very quickly.
