I had a subscription and forgot to cancel or postpone my next shipment since I decided to order a new pre work out flavor a week early. The next week I got a notification that my subscription order was on its way. I contacted the company and told them I didn’t need it and I would send it back. The refunded me and told me not to worry about sending it back. If I’m not gonna use it they asked me to give it to a friend or family member to try. Now that is some great customer service!

I have been using Transparent Labs supplements for over 3 years now. So, this review is long overdue. Their protein bars and powder, electrolytes & multivitamins are integral parts to my well-being and training.

Transparent heard that I was running the Cocodona 250 last year and sent my team and me a box full of supplements to fuel our week in the Arizona backcountry. These products were a key part of my journey and finishing one of the most difficult multi-day races internationally.

Transparent isn’t just another health supplement company-they truly look to provide their customers with high quality products and top class personal service. Thank you to the Transparent team!

I received a product that I didn’t like the taste of. I’m sure others love it. Just wasn’t my preference. The team at transparent labs went above and beyond to make things right. Cannot recommend their products and customer service enough. One of, if not the best supplement company on the market. 10/10.

I ordered some creatine and protein from these guys and they sent me a free shaker bottle and five other flavors of protein to try. The products taste well and are pretty affordable. Would recommend to anyone that likes to take their health seriously.

The customer support team were very fast with their responses and was able to resolve my issue with an order in a very timely manner.

Customer Service for this product is absolutely awful. I have attempted to reach out to them multiple times, 4 email and 3 phone calls. My product was not delivered to my home and they refuse to respond to me. Product overall i love using but will lose me as a customer over never responding to their customer base.

Quick response and great discount! Thank you. What I also like is the tracking of my orders. When my orders seemed to get delayed, TL sends me an update where it is.

I've had an absolutely wonderful experience with Transparent Labs (TL), both in terms of their customer service and the quality of their products. It's only right that I share the following review, so the health & wellness community can all benefit. I've honestly forgotten the last time interactions with a company's customer support team genuinely made me smile - it's really been that long. 

I initially had to cancel one of my orders - they were so prompt and professional. They didn't make me wait until the next business day although I had learned they were dealing with backlogs due to high demand and working hours for that day had clearly ended. I had spoken with Patrick, Reilly, Marcela, Colin, and they were all a pleasure to deal with. I've noticed Jocko Fuel utilizes AI to address customer concerns, but sometimes you just wish to speak with someone human - I appreciated this about TL. 

In terms of TL's products, I've tried out their 100% Grass-Fed Whey Protein Isolate (Strawberry Milkshake) and Creatine HMB (Watermelon) - the ingredients they use are all clean and they were both delicious. Unlike other supplement companies, TL's powdered supplements fill the entirety of the containers. I've also ordered from BlackLabel but their tubs were literally 75% empty. 

TL was also kind enough to share five additional packets of Whey Protein of varying flavors and a complimentary shaker bottle. To say TL's customer success team went above and beyond really is an understatement. 

We need more companies like TL and the types of people they employ. Hope others in the fitness & health communities can benefit from the level of service and product quality I've had the pleasure of experiencing.

Been using Transparent Labs exclusively for 12 months now. Creatine HMB, Whey Isolate, Intra EAA, and switch between Lean and Bulk preworkouts. I feel the best I have ever felt. I am 41 with a TBI and these products have helped so much. Love the veterans discount, customer support is extremely friendly. Customer for life. Just ordered the protien coffee, and am trying the protien bars soon!

Great quality products, worth every penny IMO. Customer service is also satisfactory, I accidentally ordered the wrong kind of creatine and they were able to fix my order and re send me the correct one, no extra charge. Highly recommend this company!

TL has ALWAYS been so so receptive, accommodating, and supportive with any concerns or questions that I’ve had. Someone will respond quickly and always fix whatever issue I had. It is never anything crazy as far as issues go, just missed chances to update my flavor preference before the reoccurring item ships. It would suck to get a flavor you wanted to change, but they always make sure to send me the one I want at no additional charge. Truly such an awesome company and most of all with GOOD ingredients that you can trust. My physique is flourished from using them and I will not buy protein from anywhere else! Plus they’re military friendly !

I have tried products…if I did not like the taste or the product did not work for my personal goals…customer service always takes care of my needs! Thank you!

First I want to remark on what good customer service I've received from TL. I ordered 100% Grass Fed Whey Protein in 'Strawberry Milkshake' flavor. I didn't love the flavor and I mentioned this to customer service. They immediately offered to send a replacement flavor. I chose 'Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie' and it's amazing!
Now to the product...It has a clean ingredient list without gums, fillers, etc. The company also has a commitment to making sure the ingredients they do use are high quality. I'll be a TL customer from here on out.

I’ve been using transparent labs for a little over a year now, I would usually pick up their products from the vitamin shop. In order to be able to pick the actual product I want I had to start ordering from transparent labs website due to the vitamin shop not having every flavor that I wanted. Needless to say their customer service is great. Long story short I had ordered my products to my old address in Florida (I now live in sc) which was my fault. I reached out to TL and they shipped out the same order directly to me with over night shipping.

I love Transparent Labs! The name says it all! Transparency from products to purchase I couldn't ask for more. I love them protein shakes and I'm soon to explorer and discover more at Transparent Labs! The customer service/customer relations department is undoubtedly the best I have encountered! On Friday afternoon, I ordered a tub of Bulk to help with my workout sessions. I didn’t realize it had caffeine in it so I cancelled my monthly subscription. I have acid reflux so my GI doc took me off coffee and all caffeinated drinks. On Sunday the order for Bulk was sent to my house. O. O. So on Monday I called and emailed Transparent Labs requesting my subscription of Bulk be cancelled and I requested help with in selecting a new supplement. I’m 74 yrs of age and have been taking Pilates for 14 yrs. I’m changing my Pilates routine to a new class that couples Pilates and weights. Hence, my decision to seek help from Transparent Labs. I received an email from Reilly of Transparent’s customer service department. Reilly helped with 3 recommendations. First to use Stim-Free prior to workouts. Also to consider using Whey Portein Isolate with some Creatine in my drink. I will start the Whey and Creatine once my current supply runs out.
Here’s what else made me so appreciative of Reilly’s help, rather than return the soon to be delivered Bulk, I can give it to a friend to use!?! Yes, isn’t that so kind. And, Reilly also said that my first container of Stim-Free is on the house! I’ve never received anything for free, so I was doubly touched at such kindness.
