A package of mine went missing at USPS, so not the fault of TL directly; however, upon getting in touch with USPS, they said that the sender is responsible for submitting a package claim. I have called TL at their phone number 3 times and left messages over the past 2 weeks that have not been returned. I also have emailed twice and used their website form once, none of which have been returned either.

Based on the feedback from everyone else below, I was under the impression that I would have received much more prompt customer service (or any at all). I am extremely disappointed by this, as the products are not cheap and I have spent almost $2000 there over the last 2 years.

EDIT 8/6/26: After seeing this review, TL got in touch with me and refunded me the lost shipment and also sent me a $50 gift card to use at TL. I have amended my review to 4 stars for this. However... they gotta check their phone lines because nobody ever answers.

The product line is unmatched, no hidden additives great quality, easy to blend resulting in great tasting high protein shakes. I have gone from just testing products to ordering a full line of products to replace things I thought were healthy but after researching ingredients better, I realized, I could do better.

Add in ease of ordering and excellent Customer Service. Transparent Labs has created an unmatched experience in health products marketing.

The quality of the products are second to none. Literally the best quality protein, creatine, collagen, and casein. And those are just the products that I've tried. I'm sure everything's amazing. There's a reason why fitness influencers recommend this brand. It's extremely high quality but not only that you get a lot of protein per scoop which is awesome as well. Then, the customer service is phenomenal. I had an issue with my order and Kiera fixed my issue and resolved the shipping issue almost immediately. Phenomenal service and can't recommend Transparent Labs enough.

Accidentally let the subscription unpause and they refunded it. Going through a tough time with ACL surgery and it was a major help to have it refunded. Also, their products are awesome and the way to go!

Kiera is the GOAT without question helped correct my own mistake when purchasing the wrong item. Amazing customer service, life long fan out of me!

Great customer service and great products

I train for Hyrox and run a remodeling company, so I need fuel I don't have to think about. Transparent Labs has been it since 2024, with roughly 50 orders and no reason to switch. I know what's in it, and it does what it says.

Edit: Transparent Labs just reached out to me and have gone above and beyond to make the issue right.

I ordered 4LB of protein and set up a subscription for it on Monday, July 27,2026. Today is Saturday, August 1, 2026 and it still has not shipped. Their FAQ's state:

"All orders placed on Sunday-Thursday are shipped on the FOLLOWING business day the order was received. All orders placed Friday-Saturday will ship on the following Monday."

So, I messaged them on July 29, 2026 and asked when the order would ship. I did not hear back until July 31, 2026 and was told my order had not shipped because it was placed on backorder because they were waiting on free samples of protein to come back in stock to include in my order. I'm sorry but what? They put my paid in-stock order on backorder because of free samples for them to push more of their products! Up to this point I was not informed of the delay or that my order was placed on backorder.

I was told on they had split my order and shipped my paid protein and would ship the free samples the following week. I received a USPS tracking number but the post office has it as only shipping label created so at this point it looks like it's going to take a full week for my order to actually ship.

This is my first interaction with Transparent Labs and might be my last.

It is completely unacceptable to backorder a paid in-stock order for free samples.

Customer support I received from Reilly is the the bar others strive for. I really enjoy the quality of the protien mixes and creatine hmb. I've had nothing short of great experiences with the products and product specialists. Thank you Transparent Labs for being you.

The TL supplements are high quality and the service is excellent. When I had to return a product and cancel a subscription due to medical contraindication, Kiera in customer service resolved everything quickly.

I received a product that did not taste right. I contacted customer service and Reilly was quick to offer a replacement. I love this brand and appreciated the care they gave to a loyal customer!

I had a subscription and forgot to cancel or postpone my next shipment since I decided to order a new pre work out flavor a week early. The next week I got a notification that my subscription order was on its way. I contacted the company and told them I didn’t need it and I would send it back. The refunded me and told me not to worry about sending it back. If I’m not gonna use it they asked me to give it to a friend or family member to try. Now that is some great customer service!

I have been using Transparent Labs supplements for over 3 years now. So, this review is long overdue. Their protein bars and powder, electrolytes & multivitamins are integral parts to my well-being and training.

Transparent heard that I was running the Cocodona 250 last year and sent my team and me a box full of supplements to fuel our week in the Arizona backcountry. These products were a key part of my journey and finishing one of the most difficult multi-day races internationally.

I received a product that I didn’t like the taste of. I’m sure others love it. Just wasn’t my preference. The team at transparent labs went above and beyond to make things right. Cannot recommend their products and customer service enough. One of, if not the best supplement company on the market. 10/10.
