I contacted Transparent Labs customer service to inquire about their military discount. I love Transparent Labs Creatine HMB and Grass Fed Whey Protein - they taste great and levels above anything on the market!!

Reilly, the service specialist who contacted me, was kind, thoughtful and extremely professional in replying to my inquiry. Reilly was genuinely committed to helping me and resolved my inquiry quickly. In my opinion, Reilly is a great asset to Transparent Labs and my interaction with Reilly is just another reason why I continue to be a long standing customer.

I was very impressed by their customer service! I received the wrong product and needed a replacement. I called and email right away, but it was already close of business on a Friday before a holiday weekend. I was not expecting to hear from anyone until the following week. Instead, I heard from an agent the following day on a Saturday and they replacement had already been processed! I am grateful to have had this expedited.

I've tried a lot of supplements over the years, my nutrition is built around whole foods. Finding a supplement company that aligns with that philosophy isn't easy. Transparent Labs has been one of the few companies I've found that emphasizes transparent labeling, avoids proprietary blends, and keeps unnecessary fillers and additives to a minimum.
No supplement company is perfect. At the end of the day, supplements are still processed products. I believe real food should always come first. But for the nutrients and protein I can't consistently get from whole foods alone, Transparent Labs has become a company I trust because they focus on quality without a lot of unnecessary extras.
My most recent order was delayed due to a shipping issue. I reached out expecting a back-and-forth conversation, but within 24 hours Matthew from Customer Service responded, asked no unnecessary questions, and immediately shipped a replacement. The process was fast, professional, and hassle-free.

Seems to be a fantastic company all around. Strong products and a great support team that’s actually been enabled to make quick decisions to take care of customers within reason.

I had an issue where FedEx marked my package as delivered, but it never arrived at my house and was returned to the facility. I reached out through the online contact form, and Reilly from Customer Success got back to me right away. They not only offered to reship it immediately but also sent it via priority shipping to make sure I got it quickly. The entire issue was resolved seamlessly within an hour of their reply. I heard lots of this product and buy through online in UAE. As this product not availabe in UAE. But not sure if it's original product or not. I like it. It will helpfull like us if you can ship to UAE. I check with Healf.com but there price more tha double than the product. Please arrange shipment to UAE.

Customer support is fantastic. I have a subscription and one of my offers was not delivered to me, and the post office did not want to help me out. Transparent Labs stepped in and helped me. They resent my order, they did not have to do that, but they did.

Honestly, everything I’ve tried from Transparent Labs has been top-tier. Great taste, clean ingredients, and great results. They’ve definitely earned a long-term customer in me. Their Grass-Fed Whey Protein Isolate Salted Chocolate Carmel flavor is so good!

Wanted a particular product. Saw they were advertising a 10% discount. Tried to load the discount code and was unable to. I contacted TL and explained. They sent a discount amounting to MORE than 10% to my card.

I am extremely impressed with both the quality of Transparent Labs protein powder and the outstanding customer service I received. It has become increasingly rare to find a company that truly stands behind its products while treating customers with respect and professionalism but Transparent Labs exceeded my expectations.

The protein powder mixes well, tastes great and gives me confidence because of the high quality ingredients and transparency about what's in the product which is very important to me. As someone who pays close attention to what I put in my body, I really appreciate knowing exactly what I'm getting.

What truly set this company apart however, was their customer service. The prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure I had a positive experience. That level of care is hard to find these days.

Other than a high quality product their service is outstanding. The wrong shipping address was accidentally put in while placing my order and by the time they received my message asking to change the shipping address the order already was sent. Instead of making me repurchase/pay for the order they said no problem and sent out another order to the proper address. Not all companies would go beyond expectation like this one. I will be ordering from them again for sure!

I don’t think I will ever try another brand. Mayyyybe for pre workout )unless they have a good one I’ll have to look into it) but for my mass gainer and everything else I’m giving these guys my business!! Customer service was super quick to respond and fix the issue I had which was not their fault AT ALL!!!! I had a major surgery where they took out most my stomach (sadi-s) and it changes how a lot of foods taste and although the drink itself was not disgusting it was just too much for my stomach and these guys sent out at NO COST the vanilla flavor. Which I got a couple days after they emailed me back. And that one sits way better in my stomach so I just wanted to take the time to come on here and say THANK YOU!! top notch product and customer service!!

Great product, terrible customer service. I often prefer to order directly from companies (vs. Amazon or a similar online store), but maybe ordering through Amazon ENSURES YOU ACTUALLY RECEIVE THE PRODUCT. This is the second time ordering directly from the company, and through I put in the order on 6/14, it's 7/3 and I have yet to receive my product, regardless of 5 or 6 emails and calls (where I had to leave a message). Responses back from customer service take multiple days and are basic responses that don't take care of the problem. I had initially received a tracking link, and USPS never changed from "Label created; awaiting package." When I reached out after a few weeks, after several days I finally got a response, "It was obviously lost in shipping; we'll send another..." then proceeded to ask me for my home/shipping address. Hello? It was on my order. So I sent me address (the same one)... then nothing. So after several.more days, I reached out again to see if had shipped. Again, nothing.I called twice over a few days and left detailed voicemails with the order #, and another email. Finally someone sent an email to tell me "they were sending me a replacement" and that I would receive a shipoing/tracking notification that day. Surprise... I didn't. Today, I received a "Thank you! Please provide feedback on your experience." Loke the matter was resolved. I responded. And I have YET to receive a shipping/tracking notice. I will.most likely not order from them again, because typically when I order something I expect to actually get the product. And I'm sad because I love the product itself.

The customer service response time is always quick and is extremely responsive. The PB chocolate protein bars are routinely out of stock but they send a substitute if/when I ask.

Overall great company and excellent response time.

Bulk Black Pre Workout
Flavor Name: Black Cherry

First, the Black Cherry flavor is absolutely awful. I've used a lot of pre-workouts over the years, and this is one of the worst-tasting flavors I've ever had. I regretted ordering it almost immediately.

Unfortunately, the taste wasn't even the biggest problem. This formula contains Huperzine A, which is designed to increase acetylcholine levels. While some people may tolerate that well, I did not. After my very first serving, I developed the first migraine I've had in years. Not a mild headache—a full-blown, debilitating migraine that was horrific and completely ruined my day.

Obviously everyone's body reacts differently, but after looking into the ingredients, I strongly suspect the Huperzine A and resulting increase in acetylcholine played a role in triggering it. I've used plenty of other pre-workouts without experiencing anything remotely similar.

Between the disgusting flavor and the severe migraine, this product was a complete waste of $55. There are far too many good pre-workouts on the market to risk dealing with this experience, especially at this price point.

I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
