Was dying to try out the dark chocolate flavor that's always out of stock for the 4 lbs tub. The team promised me two 2 lbs of dark chocolate in the next shipment for the same cost as the 4 lbs tub

Reilly was great! Amazing customer service. Bought preworkout that was mishandled in the shipping, they shipped another one for no extra charge! Will definitely continue to use Transparent Labs, they are highly responsive and offer military discount!

I love these guys! And I do recommend it to others! Good customer service too! I didn’t like one of whey protein powder flavors and forgot to take it off the monthly subscription (because I thought I’d like it) but I did get a store credit for it and didn’t have to return it(so gave it to my nana😆) she loves their powders too now. We switched from Atkins this is way better price for the amount and month compared to most others. I drink the whey protein with milk and it’s so good or even in coffee but never hot products. Definitely would keep buying from them my first whey protein experience and the only one I’ll keep getting from.

Great products and outstanding customer support. My shipment was misplaced during delivery. I emailed support and they responded within 15 minutes on a Saturday, took care of the issue, and sent a replacement right away. Highly recommend.

I really wanted to love this company. The variety pack tasted great, the protein mixed very easily, and I had no complaints about the product itself.
Unfortunately, everything else has been a mess. I waited weeks for my order, and when it finally arrived, they sent me the wrong item. I emailed customer service, waited several days for a response, and was told they would send a replacement. Now, a month after my original order, I still don't have what I actually ordered.
What makes it worse is that after reading other reviews here, I found more than one person describing the same or a very similar experience, so obviously I'm not an isolated case.
It's really disappointing because I actually like the product, but good protein doesn't make up for terrible shipping and customer service. Given this experience, I don't think I'm willing to take the risk of ordering from this company again.

Ordered 120$ worth of stuff, but got sent just a shaker bottle. No response from helpdesk, and phone number doesn't work. I would avoid them.

I made a order for 170.99 weeks ago and after them taking my money from my credit card they never sent the order and now they say theres no info on my order at all . Theres no one to call for help on order they don’t answer phone or your emails . Extremely disappointing will never go thru this again . .Anthony

I placed an $879.64 order with Transparent Labs on August 3 and received an order confirmation, but I still have not received any shipping confirmation or tracking information. It has now been eight days, and I have contacted customer service three times and also tried calling multiple times. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or meaningful update about the status of my order. For such a large purchase, I expected much better communication and customer service. At this point, I am very disappointed and just want a clear shipping update or a full refund.

Update: customer service finally reached out and refunded my amount but still sending my package which is a good gesture. So changing my rating to 3 stars. Not sure if I will try again as already purchased a different brand that I like.

I purchased protein powder and Creatine with free samples and the mix bottle but I only received the bottle.
Have been trying yo get hold of the customer service but no luck. This is scam and avoid. i have already started dispute with my credit card company so hopefully will get my money back. They promised delivery in 5-7 days but it has been more than 15 days and no product just a cheap plastic bottle for $100.

I have been using this product for a while now, and it's just amazing. Recently got a chance to experience their customer service, and I am equally impressed by their professionalism and generosity. Truly amazing people to do business with.

This was my first time purchasing from Transparent Labs and all I've got to say is HUGE thanks to customer service, and specially Reilly.
The response was quick, and I got my product in no time.

As far as the product goes (Whey protein Isolate, Vanilla flavor). It's great, the flavor is really good and the fact that it has very little ingredients makes it even better.
I also recieved their blender bottle; its my first time using one and I found it's actually really helpful for whenever you're on the go. So if you're able to subscribe and get their free starter kit. Definitely go for it, and try their products!
