I found an action figure in stock on Trade Sports which was hard to find elsewhere. This seemed a bit odd to me because of the nature of the store, but I took a punt based on the Trustpilot score be... Vis mer

Small Claims Court
This company sold through Amazon and weren’t happy with return so have started court proceedings completely bypassing all Amazon selling regulations. I have reached out numerous times to sort out but they don’t return any correspondence. Avoid at all costs. They give small businesses a bad name.

Svar fra Trade Sports
Dear Pamela,
Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify the circumstances regarding this matter.
While Amazon provides a platform for online sales, statutory consumer law—specifically the Consumer Rights Act—is clear: items returned under standard cancellation rules must be in their original, unworn, and resalable condition. Returning used or worn footwear for a full refund is not permitted under UK law or our store terms, as it prevents the item from being resold.
When an item is returned worn, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the loss of value through the appropriate legal channels, as permitted by law regardless of the selling venue.
Our intention is always to resolve issues fairly and amicably, and we did reach first but you only responded once you were served paperwork by the courts. If you wish to discuss the formal legal proceedings currently underway, please correspond via the official claim channels provided.
Kind regards,
David Eade

No blisters!
My trainers arrived promptly and well packaged. Purchased at a very reasonable price, I’m very pleased with them. This company’s website was easy to navigate and with my experience with them so far, would definitely order from them again.

Wrong size sent and out of pocket
I ordered a new pair of size 10 gym trainers, on arrival they are a size 8.5. I have emailed trade sport to ask them to rectify this error and it’s now been over a week with no response. So I set up a return with them explaining and due to their error I’ll be without gym trainers and £3 something out of pocket as they don’t refund the postage. Won’t be getting my money again

Svar fra Trade Sports
Dear James,
Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the mistake with your order and the delay in our response.
You ordered a size 10 and received a size 8.5, which was entirely our mistake. Failing to reply to your email in a timely manner only added to the frustration, and you should never have been left out of pocket for a mistake on our end.
We can confirm that a full refund, including your original shipping costs, has now been issued to your account.
We are currently reviewing our customer support response times and return processing to ensure errors like this are resolved immediately without putting any extra burden on the customer. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we are deeply sorry for the poor experience.
Kind regards,
David Eade

This model of Football Cleat IS sized smaller than the marked sizes?!
Easy order payment process!
Good Service... Delivery timescales exactly as stated!
Unfortunately, when I received the order, they were sized at least half a size to a size smaller than the advertised size so I'm having to return them!
