I found an action figure in stock on Trade Sports which was hard to find elsewhere. This seemed a bit odd to me because of the nature of the store, but I took a punt based on the Trustpilot score be... Vis mer

Top service and amazing price!
Ordered a pair of Adidas Samba's for my son and they arrived within 48hrs of ordering.
I didn't spot the delivery address had not loaded correctly so called them to amend, spoke to them, they amended it while on the phone and thanked me for calling. Top Service.
Not to mention an amazing price.

Problems with refund
Ordered a pair of trainers and although they were fine, I had to return them as they were too small. Return went ok and they 'refunded' me the same day they were delivered to them.
This is where the problems started, the email advised 3-5 working days for it to show in my account, this has now passed. I have spoken to them and he said he would investigate and contact me, which he hasn't so I tried to call numerous times and the phone just rings. I have emailed them and again, no response. I have spoken to my bank to start a chargeback.

The seller is “deceiver” ignore or you’ll regret it!
Their product is not as described on their website!
It said “new” on their site, when I ordered they sent me used and damaged product with no tags, when I returned paying return cost, they said “has no tags” and then asked me to pay again to resend it back to me refusing either refund or replacement, but I received without tags!
I am now filing money back guarantee application via PayPal as the guy David said”I am the owner, means customer can do nothing!

Online purchases are protected by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These regulations require businesses to have terms and conditions for sales, especially for distance selling, to safeguard consumers.
When an item is sold with specific branding, like Adidas tags and packaging, these are considered part of the product and must be returned along with the item. We use tags as proof that the item is new and to assist with authentication, and branded packaging is also required for similar reasons. Our records show that the item you returned was worn and stained.
While consumer protection laws are robust, they don't cover instances where the terms of sale are breached by the consumer. Your threat of negative feedback for a refund, which you subsequently acted upon, has been noted. We also observed that you misspelled your own name in the feedback.
Recommendation
Ordered a pair of adidas shorts online and blind from this company. I like them very much.
But also my wife made a mess of a return of another pair of shorts we had to send back, which we also liked but which were the wrong size. David took the time and trouble to call us back and sort out our mess with us at a personal cost to himself.
I recommend this company and their goods!

worth it for the price
It is so worth it for the price. because they sell their shoes below market value, I was able to get Adidas Spezial for £65 rather than the RRP of £90. The delivery was fast and free, ordered the shoes on Monday got it on Thursday. The over experience was great.

Svar fra Trade Sports
Hi, all returns are manually reviewed by staff. Before you send it back can you please take photos of the shoes, we don't sell fake shoes so these ones will be authenticated by adidas. If you could also send us the photos including the defects that would be appreciated.
