Ordered seven golf polos for an upcoming golf event I’m organising. One of the polos came with lots of brown marks on it so I requested an exchange. Once I finally got a response from Lovell Sports I was told I’d need to return for a refund & order again, meaning I’d need to pay postage again!! Got one message every 24 hours from their customer service which is poor. Will never shop with them again!
Customer service is non existent, I ordered a jacket and received a coat instead that the company doesn’t even sell. There’s no option apart from a contact form to get hold of customer services, they wanted pictures of the wrong item sent which I emailed back with, then 2 days later I was just told “they don’t do replacements” so here’s a label to send the coat back with. Pretty poor considering it was their mistake, and I would’ve happily taken an exchange for the correct item.
Unlikely I would order from this company again.

Ordered a £4,200 Cube Litening Aero from Lovell Cycling and was sent the completely wrong frame size, along with damage to the bike. Reported the issue immediately, but instead of resolving it quickly they delayed, advised the correct bike was out of stock, and refused to offer alternative versions they still had available in the correct size. This left me without a usable bike for a planned event and I had to spend over £800 repairing my old bike just so I could participate. Despite all of this, their idea of compensation was a capped £100 discount code for a future purchase. Very disappointing experience for such a high-value order. Took around 3.5 weeks to get my money back!

Sent refund EVRI labels but I want the original item.

Lovell Sports used EVRI to deliver my parcel. My parcel was stolen and they did not do anything about it for several days. By the time the parcel arrived, it was the wrong item. I ordered FIRM ground rather than SOFT ground boots but they delivered soft ground. I made several requests to resolve the matter but they did not reply. Their customer service is atrocious. DO NOT ISE. Order number LOVE53309
In response to your response Lovell Sports. I have returned the soft ground boots but demand the firm ground are sent to me as repeated requests.

I should have read the reviews before making a purchase. Zero response from customer service. 2 day delivery boycotted, excuses after excuses from the diabolical EVRI service, now on day 6 and yet another excuse and request for 48 hrs to investigate. They had the parcel , now they haven’t!!!

A completely differant style of sliders were sent to me ,I told customer service I had recieved the wrong item,eventually they send me a return label,I sent the sliders back but they only credited the item and not the£4 99 I paid for postage even though the order wasn't correct ,I'll never use this company again

I ordered a pair of walking trainers but the items never arrived at my pick up point. I did contact the company but took along time to reply I even chased EVRI myself to say that they have got lost in transit (was very helpful customer service from EVRI) When the company got back to my they said it was at my pick up point ARGH which I checked but nothing. Now contact company again and still nothing back. All I won’t is a refund

I have ordered a GBP 1700 e-bike in late April26. Immediate msg said bike on way. 2 weeks later almost zero communication. ArrowXL the courier indicate with vendor (Lovell). Appalling comms and hope it does not turn into nightmare. I will contact media if not resolved soon.
Response below noted. What company did to resolve the matter was cancel the order. Disgraceful service.
Was offered 10% discount on future purchase, that is plain weird... why would I ever buy anything again from Lovell, JD, Evans Cycles or Fraser Group ever again. Bad service needs to be called out!

I bough a pair of Nike running shoes 1 month ago approximately, they have been wore a handful of times maybe 3 times. The back of the heel on both trainers is already ripped. I contacted the customer service team and they got back to me through email a couple days later asking for pictures, so I provided the pictures and 3 days later they get back to me saying it’s not a manufacturing fault it’s my own cause I don’t un-tie the laces before putting them on. Which is so untrue and totally wrong he accused of this by a company is terrible especially when only bought a month ago and been wore 3 times. The customer service is a nightmare and you can’t get hold of them other than through email. I’d advise anyone to think twice before ordering anything form Lovell as this is how your treated 1 month after purchasing trainers that a ripping at the back.

Waste of time ordering from this company. First order was cancelled due to a ‘system error’. Re-ordered with next day delivery but nothing has arrived and status of order not updated since ordering. Money has been taken but no update and no response to message sent to customer service team. Good prices but not worth the wasted time and effort - avoid!

Ordered size 11.5 AG predators, received a box with a printed label on it for the right shoe, inside is a pair of size 10 FG boots with a adidas tag saying 11.5 AG tied to them with a piece of string, what kind of con is this? Who doesn't check what they are sending out? I paid £10 for next day delivery too, no phone number so try sort out, don't buy from them!!!

Lovell sports are advertising items they don't have in stock and sending out other items and intentionally changing labels to look like the real thing, if I was the only one I could understand this being a mistake, but as I read through these, this is common practise for them, this should be reported.
Update- despite having an email that states I would be refunded for the item plus the £10 delivery, I was only actually refunded for the trainers, so £10 out of pocket for receiving the wrong item, trading standards have been contacted.

Shockingly low standards. The right trainer turned up visibly worn and yellowed — absolutely not “new”. Feels like they’re shipping out ex‑display stock and hoping no one notices. Won’t be ordering again.

Ordered some Elite Fg predators..Box was battered looked second hand or someone elses return....and they were Soft Ground boots in the Pro version in the box which are between £50-70.. I paid £103 including delivery.
Got a funny feeling its gonna be a nightmare getting a refund. AVOID

Avoid them. They are running an online scam. Anything you buy will never get that. They use your money for other purposes and then after two weeks you have to ask for a refund. They don’t have any help line number. Only way to contact them via email and they don’t reply you on time. Waste or your time and money. My order never arrived and i was so pissed.
