Misleading site. advert shows multi battery pack - but single battery delivered.

BEWARE

Ordered a charging cable for my Samsung phone, cable came on time, works well and no issues.

Ordered a usb cable and they sent one that looked nothing like the display image. Then dragged out a poor attempt to replace or refund. Avoid these people

I ordered a Dorma Duvet Cover Coleton from this company £80. When it arrived it had been opened, it didn’t look brand new either.
The package it was in, looked crumpled, plus
the sticky edging was not sticking down. I am very disappointed because i liked the look of the Duvet. I have sent several emails
about this and asking what i should do, but they don’t answer any of my emails. Don’t buy from thus company.

Bought two iPhone charger cables on 13th January. Still haven’t arrived. Sent two emails-no response for either of them.
IProduct arrived today so have amended my review. Wait times around 8 days

If only there was a 'no star' option. I ordered 2 sets of address labels, one pack of 21 per sheet which was fine, and another pack of 4 per sheet, which is where I have a problem. The first 2 sheets in this pack were fine but the rest of the sheets are 21 per sheet, so someone in their warehouse has obviously put a couple of sheets in the wrong pack and they have sent it out without checking. I emailed them when I discovered this a few months after my order and they inform me that they can't replace or refund it now. They basically expect people to check each sheet when they receive a pack as this sort of thing is probably common in their company. I had even offered to return the wrong labels as long as they sent me the correct ones, but they weren't bothered. Customer service and repeat business seems to be an unknown for this company. Won't be using them in the future!!!!

Bought "Panasonic" batteries from this lot. Now I know why whey were cheap. One example of how bad they are is my living room clock. It takes one AAA. It should last a minimum of 1 year. I have been through 4 in the last 3 months. I complained and they told me in barely legible English to contact the manufacturers. I'll never buy from them.

Sent me a wrong order. Didn’t reply to me. Didn’t reply to PayPal. Waited weeks for a PayPal refund.

Ordered a 12V car USB A & C car adapter on the 29/9/21 as per their description and photo's of the item on their site. Arrived 4/10/21 and was a double USB A adapter, not what I ordered. Emailed the company on the same day and again on the following day via their online contact form. No reply to many calls on their number. Received no response until the 18/10/21 after I had contacted PayPal when they asked for a photo of the product and the original packaging???? PayPal today settled in my favour. Appalling communication from this company and not in the least bit recommended.

I ordered 2 phone charger/tablet cables. Only 1 arrived. I then received an email saying my order was complete. I used said cable on my tablet and it drained the power faster than if on standby. I tried again with my mobile and same result. I emailed TradeNRG but they have ignored my message. I'm just glad I didn't part with more money. I would advise, avoiding this company and there inadequate products.

Excellent, quick service, 4 days only, I think was weekend that's way.

A lead was missing from my order, when I notified them they asked me to take a photo of the missing lead ! well after a few emails back and forth about the £2.99 lead I have given up they can keep the money, they must need it more than me. I have used this company twice previously but never again

Great screen protector for my iPad mini 2, really easy to put on and looks great.

i replaced the old battery in my iphone 7 with a new one took me sometimes to remove the old one but once removed it was easy to put a new one as i had to plug in the battery cable in the jack and put the double sided sticky tape provided with battery and put the battery in and after that i closed the phone and charged the phone, i must say it was really quick to charge the phone and battery lasts almost a day while using which really amazed me as i can use it with full brightness on as i dont have to worry about the battery life. extremly happy with this battery.

I have a dog and I swear it is the only way to clean the hair on the floor, there is no dirt left, and the tiles are clean. Another advantage is that it is very easy to use in all corners of the house.

I recently ordered some watch batteries which said they would be delivered within 2-3 days. No communication that an order had been placed. Waited two weeks and emailed the company to check my order had been placed as money had been taken from my account. They agreed the order had been placed but they couldn’t fulfill the order. No apology just said we will refund you now. I emailed back to say can you just send me the product when it comes in and they replied ‘ refund now issued so no ‘ . I understand products run out but if you know your stock then take it off your website and secondly don’t wait for a customer to email before giving a refund. It makes me wonder how long they would of held onto the money hoping I don’t contact them!!!

This company is an absolute disgrace. I placed an order which at the time said 80 masks, once they took my money they changed the number to 10 masks, so I emailed them to ask what I was going to receive, they denied ever advertising 80 masks so I sent them a screenshot of my order, got an email to say they have passed it to another department. Despite them saying they shipped my order on the 1st of June, the due date was 4th to the 6th of June, they didn't turn up, another email which they replied to with they are not due till between the 5th and 11th of June, still no goods, another email I asked them how patient do they want me to be, they were blaming the post office, which I am getting my deliveries with no problem at all, except this company. The last email I got back from them they were making it my problem, told me to check with neighbours, go to the post office, which wouldn't help as I have no tracking number. In the end I have totally had enough of this company so I reported them to Amazon who instantly refunded my money. You need to avoid this company because when things go wrong they will make the problem yours. Absolutely astonishing.

Love my new screen, it’s well protected now whilst I use my Apple Pencil with procreate!
Having a second screen was definitely a plus too so now I have a spare!
