I have had the same experience as everyone else. They claimed a package was delivered - it was not. Their excuses were ridiculous and now the website of the tracking service doesn't even exist anymore. I had two orders from them that never showed. For what it's worth - the ad that I ordered from was on TikTok.

C2S800753545CN alleged tracking # 2 and Tracking #1 (original “delivery”) HBGJ0023311999YQ. Was for some clothes.Never got anything and they are fake as hell

Don't trust anyone. "Number:C2S890082117CN" with this number. I ordered a package 📦 from them twice & still waiting for the first one, they said that they were sending me a new one that's why I ordered one from ebay. I trust ebay & Amazon more!.. you should too..

Never received my package. My first ever online purchase was a scam and now I'm hateful with worse trust issues.

Guess what I fell for the same shit like you all did wow money is gone and no delivery lied to three times this sucks I wanted my orders I wish I can find them a meet them in person.

My experience is almost identical to all the reviews I read. Nothing but a bunch of liars. My bad in thinking too good to be true because it wasn’t. I ordered from Modeecho, they took my $ and thereafter all communications were done with Track678. Don’t do business with either one.

They never sent the product. Said it was delivered at 4:00pm , but I received the notification at 10:30 am. This was after waiting for 43 days. Then said it was being shipped again, but has been over a month and shipping number doesn’t exist. I open it from their message. It will not open. It is a total scam.

I placed a order and received two different tracking numbers C2S890057651CN and HBGJ002311q0340 and never received neither package, I contacted them and was sent a email showing delivered and I needed to check
around my house and ask the neighbors, and i was told they just deliver the packages. I would have to contact the seller, meanwhile
I have no packages and no refund and it's been over a month.

It’s not even one star it’s no stars because I bought this package and i never received it then they resent it out and I still have not received it and it said it got delivered I have footage of no one coming to my porch or anything this is ridiculous.

I ordered from Trendy Swirl and never received my package, despite their claims that it was delivered. After two months of waiting, my son never got his birthday present. I even have security footage proving no delivery was made. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, making this an incredibly frustrating experience. My order was misdelivered twice..I've been dealing with this for 2months now and still NO product or refund. I now believe nothing was ever sent and my money stolen.

I want to clarify that everything that everyone has said is exactly what happened to me 3 times. Not only did I never receive anything if the deliveries their lame responses were ridiculous and then they could never offer proof of delivery. Then let’s talk about getting screwed on the refund that’s where they get you they never give 100% refund so I lost out. I was scammed big time something should be done about them and their scam courier. They so t even deserve a rating.

This is the second time I am trying to receive an item from a company I ordered from that uses this courier. The first never showed up even though it says delivered and the second says derived today at 6pm. It was 1:45pm when I checked the status. Clearly something is not right. I tried to email at the address on the tracking screen but it appears the address doesn't exist.

I placed two orders and neither one was reserved. After I was told they were shipped twice. Both times I was told to check with neighbors. I live in a very small town and am home all the time. My orders were placed 3/27/25 &4/4/25. I have know asked for a full refund. Here is my tracking number C2S890040666CN
