Two packages sent never received. They are stealing from these companies. I can't believe they are still in business. I work for a shipping company, this Track678 is a fraud, and should not be trusted

I never received my order this is definitely a scam

I ordered two items that were labeled as marked doen Dollskill bags. They sent me a fake tracking number-it said it was delivered and it was not, then they said they resent it, and again nothing. Then they offered 20% of my money back-DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Same as everyone else by the looks of it. Ordered from Red Zone and guess what order never arrived supposed to have been delivered at 13.00 this was an email at 8am that day was told it would be the time difference which means it was delivered at 4am!!!!. They told me they would send the order again with a faster delivery and 11 days later it's supposed to have been delivered again yeah right. Contract them again and told the same again check with neighbours and safe place. THIS STUFF WAS NEVER SENT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!

This is the second time, that they said my package was delivered. And it hasn't .very disappointed....

If I could give 0 stars I would. I saw an Instagram ad for Life is Good shirts that were very inexpensive. I didn't check into it thoroughly & that's on me. Over 30 days went by & then they sent an email stating my package was delivered at 3am! No delivery company delivers at 3am. I contacted "customer service" and was told my items would be sent in 3-7 business days. Sure. Not holding my breath.

Estafadores, soy otra víctima más de estos ladrones. Un mes esperando mi paquete, me escriben diciendo que no me lo pueden entregar porque no se han podido poner en contacto conmigo y nunca me llamaron. Tres días después, me mandan una foto con un paquete diciendo que el paquete ya ha sido entregado. Hay que tener mucho cuidado con las gangas porque luego pasa esto. A partir de ahora sólo compraré en páginas de confianza. Lo barato sale caro y estos ladrones se aprovechan.

I placed an order in May from an online company that sells bathing suits. It's called Modlily, and the order never arrived. I contacted the company, which has a different name in the email, and they stated they would reship the items, and again the tracking says it's delivered and it's not arrived. I made sure the address was correct, I live in a small cul de sac and know all my neighbours, so I know if it went to the wrong house, they would bring it to me. So after 2 failed orders, they tell me they can only refund me 70% of my money?? It makes me think they never even sent it and are keepinf customer's money. I've asked numerous times for the name of the shipping company they've used and they won't provide that information. I truly think these guys are scamming everyone. Not happy at all! These were for my vacation, which is now just a few weeks away and I have to go find bathing suits and they're not even giving me my full refund, and the issue is theirs. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!

This has been going on since May 09, 2025. If I could give them zero stars or negative stars I would. I've experienced the same thing. Claiming the package was delivered when it was not. So they claim they would resend it and the same thing. The first time it was with Track718 and when they so called resent the item it was with Track678. Please everyone stay away from these people. And me checking the box to let Track678 know about my review is a waste of your time. They don't care.

no he recibido nada y me envian una foto de un paquete cualquiera marcando entregado.
recibes un primer correo con numero de seguimiento y aquí se acaba todo contacto con ambos, no te permiten contactar con ellos

They said package received and it was not. They said they resent package and tracking info doesn't work. I've been ripped off.

this is the second time the same order was sent out and again it said it was delivered a time in the future and was not delivered. I feel bad for the company as they are the ones who are out the goods. I am very frustrated and the fact the company sent the stuff out express did not seem to make a difference. First time was over a month second time was just over 10 days. I would never use this company again if I were them. Very disappointed.

Items were never delivered. I was mowing front yard at the time order was 'delivered'.

Its 2 time its said that my item was delivered but I never received it. They are cheating, its scam site!!!

Several claims, always said me that is delivered....that "I've check with neighbours, or common areas like your mail room"....all fake....

J'ai commandé 2 paires de chaussures qui mon coûter 75€ ensuite j'avais un numéro de suivi et tout marchait au début avec 78 trancking Jusqu'à que je vois que le colis est arrivé au dépôt ver chez moi, alors j'ai attendu mon colis ! J'attend encore.
j'ai même un numéro de transporteur pas numéro de téléphone !! Et puis 3 semaine passe et rien. Alor je regarde mon numéro de suivi qui marchait très bien avant. Mais Aujourd'hui inconnu alors déjà 75e sai un fait .Mais je ne laisserait pas passer je compte porter plainte , car je suis vraiment déçu,j'ai pris toutes les capture d'écran du suivi de colis...
Alors arnaque 100% dans quel monde on vie aujourd'hui.

Mi dicono pacco ricevuto con tanto di foto allegata. Mai ricevuto nulla la foto dimostra solo che non è casa mia. Contattato Track678 nessuna risposta. Mi viene da pensare che si tratti di una truffa. Sconsiglio a tutti.
