Scam. Never received my merchandise after they said they shipped twice. Awful. My tracking number was 250405015728209. They told me to check with neighbors, and then they said they shipped out another package. same thing! No Package

This is a scam! Because i had issues with my original order, ive been keeping a close eye on the reshipment tracking info. Now i know this is a scam! I checked the tracking website 6:51 a.m central standard time on 5/19 and it says delivered on 5/19 at 1:15 p.m. Again it says delivered but I have nothing. Saying it's delivered at a day/time in the future. I screenshot the date and time on my phone that proves inaccurate scam tracking. I emailed the company again curious to hear what they say this time. Ordered Fig scrubs from Trendhzon.com almost $40.

Ordered from commuease Took 30 days for one order and 15 days for another. Second order was recent and nothing ever arrived. Three packages that were never sent obviously so Again don’t use commuease they are both scams

Exactamente lo mismo. El primer pedido después de casi un mes pone Entregado y no es cierto. Reclamo en varios correos y amablemente me dicen que lo envían de nuevo de firma express. El resultado es el mismo. Vuelve a poner entregado y es falso. Es UNA ESTAFA. GRAN ESTAFA

I was scammed twice I was told the carrier delivered my package when it never got delivered and it said it was delivered. The package was resent and I get that it was delivered and yet again no package and my address is correct.these people are some thief I regret spending my money now about to lose my money.

I placed my order in match said they delivered in April it was never received they sent replacement again said delivered may 11th again not received I never order anything that ships from china and the shipping was misleading such a hassle I’ll be suite to only purchase from local stores not to fight to get my refund and report this company

i never write reviews but i don’t want anyone else to fall victim. i ordered a lot from a Figs Scrubs blowout sale. TWICE my order never arrived. It said delivered but when i contacted the company that utilizes these morons, i was only allowed 70% of my money back because “they are a low cost company and can’t afford to take pictures or show proof other than the tracking site”
Angry is an understatement. i waited so very long for uniforms for work and was scammed twice.

I asked for a refund. And they said that they can only refund 40%. I’m scared, they might asked for my card number 😬
