Total scam. Sent them an email they're response, we'll resend the product and assign new tracking number. Said was delivered, again. It wasn't, again.

Hice un pedido en la página de "Lidl" supuestamente el día 8/9/2025. Hoy 19/9/2025 sigue sin llegar, en seguimiento del paquete pone como que me han llamado y es mentira. Una estafa. No compréis con ellos!

my order was never delivered the first time. then the order was reshipped and track 678 said reshipment was delivered. It was never delivered to me. I was home at the time they said it was delivered. Also it wasn't put in the parcel pending boxes either. I would love to know where and what they did with my package. I notified the seller of my order and they offered me 70% refund eventhough I never recieved items because they said track 678 said it was delivered. I am currently awaiting refund.

Same problem. No package. They said they will send it out tomorrow for the second time as I see the rest of the post it’s just a scam !!!

Scam!! Purchased order in July, it’s September tracking showing delivered but never received purchase.

In July 2025 I ordered from “Playlula” aka Comfrt…the sweats and hoodies you see ads about on FB and IG. I placed 2 orders back to back, now it is September and still no delivery. They said it was delivered but they would resend the items. Apparently they did and it was delivered by TRACK678. I emailed them and told I didn’t receive anything; I requested a picture of where it was delivered but apparently TRACK 678 doesn’t do that. So they said they would refund me 70% of what I paid, which was almost $400 worth. I said no and now I called my bank and put in a claim to hopefully get my money back!!

Compre en una tienda donde ofrecian ropa la marca wardrobezy q sale en tick tock y resulta q nunca me llego mi paquete es una estafa aun asi me responden diciendome q me devolveran otra vez y por segunda ocacion lo mismo paquete entregagado por track678. TRACK678 - is a fake… I ordered things on Instagram who advertised quickelle/anthropology stuff on sale! I think these folks use the Instagram platform …to get people! From reading all these reviews… I went thru all this as well! They use name companies to trick you and Post on Instagram! There needs to be a stop to all this!

Never received my order on July 20th. Then they reissued my package and says it was delivered on the eighth of august and I never got it.I want see proof on where it was delivered.

Anche questa piattaforma usata da venditori Cinesi che affermano ai venditori che io abbia ricevuto il miei acquisti ed ora non so chi abbia preso in carico la spedizione che in Italia avrebbe consegnato il mio acquisto non mi hanno detto quale corriere lo abbia fatto.
Intanto i miei acquisti sono spariti.
Qualcuno di cui si serve questa piattaforma o è un ladro o i venditori non hanno spedito nulla. Ma io ho il numero di tracciamento e l'affermazione di aver consegnato cosa devi pensare? Sono truffatori? Se avessi chiarimenti circa chi ha fisicamente consegnato mi attiverei e cercherei da me stesso la spedizione

Several claims, always said me that is delivered....that "I've check with neighbours, or common areas like your mail room"....all fake. Yes exactly wording in the email that they sent me. They claim it's being shipped for a second time and directed me now to the 678 website which I now know is probably fake I'll never be seeing my $40 again

Ordered clothes from kawivae. First time out said delivered, wasnt. Kawivae sent it again, shows delivered, wasn't. Told again to "Tips: Please click our link to check the tracking information. 2x now same results, I have asked for whom on this end the package was handed off too so I can track it down, but I am not getting any information for that.

I am not blaming the shipper, but the shipping company stating they delivered but I do not have my packages.

Fiz um pedido deu como entregue creclamei disseram que enviariam uma nova encomenda voltei a seguir a encomenda e disseram que foram entregue e nada foi entregue. Disseram que iriam devolver 70% do valor nada me disseram sobre a transportadora agora espero por a devolução do tal valor ja nao acreditando que me será devolvido

I order some working out clothes worth $70, back in June. On 29 Jul it said it was delivered and it was a lie.
I emailed them and they said ask neighbors, which I did. Then they said they will resend the items but base from what I’m reading here this is fraud.

O stars for sure. Ordered bathing suits from Chicfluence. First order never came after 1 month i emailed them. They will resend with expedited shipping. 10 days no package. Emailed again. They said check with neighbors. Lol
I notified my bank and got my money back thank god.
