All well that ends with the right person dealing with issue,…
my 3rd edit on this but as somebody called Liberty took it on board at H/O yesterday and moved mountains I'd like to say a big thankyou.Don't want to go into details but had a terrible year so far and this broke the camels back, Anyhow just received a message from a courier who will be delivering a new air fryer this evening. Just on 24hours after speaking with Liberty.Thank you to all invloved.

Very efficient customer service
My iron stopped working within the extended warranty period and Tower customer services dealt with it all in the space of an hour. Elle was particularly helpful and responded to every email straight away, culminating in a replacement iron being sent out in the next 24 hours.

2 year old airfryer screw came off…
2 year old airfryer screw came off inside the drawer. Covered by extended warranty and Joseph on customer services replied very quickly to my e msils and sorted a replacement. Should be with me soon. Thankyou Joseph

Having reviewed your account, I can see that you previously contacted us to register your warranty, at which time we advised that you would need to retain your proof of purchase, as this is required to keep your warranty valid and to enable us to process any future warranty claims.
We do sincerely apologise that you are experiencing an issue with your iron. Unfortunately, without proof of purchase, we are unable to proceed with a warranty claim.
If you are able to obtain a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase from the retailer, please do get back in touch with us and we will be happy to review your claim.

Ezmie a credit to Tower Customer Service
Contacted Tower Customer Service as my sensor bin lid failed to work as it should. Got a reply back from Ezmie, who is a credit to the company, asking for further details about the product. Even though it was just short of two out of warranty she offered to replace it with no charge. I accepted the offer and now await delivery of my new bin. Ezzmie could not have been more helpful and as I said above, “a credit to the company”. Thank you.

0* stars for what went on nearly 3 weeks!! a simple order of 1 item for delivery. They send you a feedback review form before you have received anything but will not post it as it is negative and an honest customer review. How is this a true fair reflection. All normal & straightforward initially, item ordered & paid for on their website. Order confirmation received, notified out for delivery (with EVRI) then all goes pear shaped. Item not received, I am left chasing up with both Evri couriers customer service & Tower Houseware customer services for the next two & half weeks to get no further and still no item. During this process I asked for a refund, this was ignored the first time. Nearly two weeks later I am going in the same circles, no item delivered and no refund. I asked Tower to refund again or escalate the case. A couple of days later a refund does appear but not for the amount paid out, they refund less. I query this and am sent a response that Tower will 'as a gesture'!! refund the delivery charge also!!!!!! REALLY?? Legally I am entitled to a full refund if they have not fulfilled the order or delivery. The amount of customers they must try that with?!! I ordered the same item 15 mins before writing this review and am collecting on the way home...simple. WOW shocking company & customer service.**Shockingly after writing this, they have recalled their incorrect (lesser) refund and have not refunded anything at all**
