Had an issue with an my slushi machine, Diane at customer service was amazing at trying to source my replacement when it was out of stock everywhere. It did take a few days but she found what I needed. Which means I don't have to wait until the end of summer to use it. Fabulous service well done Diane

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. My airfryer was recalled after a year of using, tower had offer an replacement of any choice from their catalogue and I have received an upgraded airfryer within 5 days. Unfortunantely, there was an issue with that one after 6 months of use. As I reported it to Tower, Zoi the customer service representative, straight away offer me another replacement and I should receive it within 5 days. I must say, this is a very good customer service from tower. They are very good with customer communication and very responsive and respectful. I hope the replacement unit will last for a long period. As electronic product can fail, but I hope it was an one off, but I must say, Tower is 10 on 10 in customer service. Thank you.
