A fantastic experience!!!! Daughter of Rome Roberta A1 Service
Wow just met one the kindest supportive and professional Italian girl in touristisation Roberta!!!!! We took the incorrect tour to the Catacombs and missed our correct tour to Colleseaum!!! Roberta so helpful and we still got to see the Colloseam she escorted us to prison and got tickets.... Such a fantastic person gave us little history of Rome and the new planned metro aswell... A great representative of Rome Roberta thank you for such kindness and effort.

VISITES
J'ai pris un pass par mon CSE pour visiter Rome. Dans celui-ci j'avais réservé 3 "activités" : la chapelle Sixtine, le Vatican, puis le château. Il me restait donc 1 activité. Lorsque j'ai voulu réserver la 3ème activité, on m'a dit que j'avais pris tout mon quota. Pour info, j'ai du payer 90 euros à Touristation en supplément car je n'avais apparemment pas mis un code. Nous sommes allés à Touristation à Navona et là une dame charmante nous a dit qu'il y avait eu 2 réservations pour la même activité. Elle a appelé une collègue et nous a informé que nous allions être remboursés sous 10 jours (c'était en mars et nous attendons toujours.... !!!!). Nous avons voulu visiter le panthéon et avons été en plus obligé de régler cette visite pour 2 personnes.
Je déconseille donc très fortement TOURISTATION car malgré nos différents mails, nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse ni de remboursement. C'est vraiment de la malhonnêteté !!!! Nous gardons un très mauvais souvenir de TOURISTATION
