We had a wonderful experience travelling to Austria with Top Flight on September 13th 2026. From the smooth arrangements to the excellent service throughout the journey, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. Puglia so majestic
What an amazing experience from start to finish.We were met at the airport by our tour guide Stefano and from there we’re treated like royalty for the week.Amazing tours all inclusive in the price.We were taken by bus tow all our tour days and it took all the stress out of it.Top notch service and hospitality

Just back from a Taste of Puglia and…
Just back from a Taste of Puglia and can honestly say I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Met a lovely group of people. Hotel was lovely, staff were wonderful. The food was delicious and the weather was just perfect. But the highlight was Stefano, our tour guide. He was knowledgeable, friendly and always had smile on his face. 5 stars is not enough for Stefano.

We had travelled with you to Mayrhofen…
We had travelled with you to Mayrhofen two years ago. We missed having Sue there to welcome us, but Simon went above and beyond to make sure we got the very best of care. We also knew that the welcome and care that awaited us at the Hotel Strass is second to none. We had a great holiday. We missed not been able to visit the Krimmel waterfall, but made up for it visiting the places we enjoyed last time.

Just returned from 'A taste of Puglia'
Just returned from 'A taste of Puglia'. We met up with a lovely group of people and really enjoyed ourselves.
Our guide Stefano was superb. He is kind, caring and witty and not a bad singer🎶. Most importantly, he shared a huge amount of local knowledge and gave great tips for coffee/lunch breaks.
Stefano is a huge asset to Topflight and deserves great praise for a job well done.👏

A Taste of Puglia with Topflight.
Just back from “A Taste of Puglia” with Topflight. It was our first time travelling with Topflight and we were impressed. Got a good overview of Puglia and will certainly go back to see some areas in more detail. Our guide Stefano made the trip. He made sure that everything went to plan. He was with us for the entire time and was great company as well as being very efficient. Very enjoyable trip.

Our 3rd trip with Topfight and the most…
Our 3rd trip with Topfight and the most disappointing. Our rep had a cold so we only seen him on arrival and departure. This meant we didn’t get enough info on area , there was a lot we could have done if we had of known about it. Our guide on 2 trips , Max,was very good . our guide on first day Fred , refused to speak up and made a few dubious remarks about our Muslim brothers. Food in hotel was nice but they charge for tap water which is a bit mean . Zell Am See is lovely and Salzburg is amazing . Surely top flight should have got information to us if their guy was sick ?

We are sorry to hear that, on your third holiday with Topflight, this experience did not live up to your previous trips with us. While unfortunately our Resort Manager was unwell during your stay, we appreciate that alternative arrangements should have been made to ensure you still received the information and local recommendations you would normally expect from our resort team.
We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your excursions with Max and your time in both Zell am See and Salzburg.
We are also concerned by your comments regarding remarks made by your guide, Fred. This is something we will be raising with our resort team, as we take feedback of this nature seriously.

Worry and stress free holiday, just turn up at our home airport and everything else was taken care of. Especially No worrying about bag sizes, transfers, planning excursions, safety of the area or anything

Hotel check-ins took seconds, bus transitions were effortless and what truly set Stefano apart, however, was his warmth and deep knowledge of the region. We recently returned from a Guided Tour…
We recently returned from a Guided Tour of Puglia, Italy. Our Tour Guide Stefano was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and was at hand always to answer any queries and provided us with excellent advice and tips about what to do and where to eat at each location we visited. Stefano well deserves this 5 star rating.

No support when we were stuck in Milan…
No support when we were stuck in Milan Airport for 10 delay on 8th Sept 2026. Very poor service.
Thank you for your reply.
At 11pm - 9 hours into our delay - we got complicated instructions on how to avail of our € 4 voucher. All the airport shops had closed by 9.30pm. Not much good.
