Great service from Tonies my daughter…
Great service from Tonies my daughter can’t sleep without hers and when it stopped working the customer service was amazing . They sent out a replacement charger but unfortunately it was the actual Tonie box that was broken I sent it back on the Monday and had an upgraded replacement by Thursday . Thank you my daughter loves her new box and will sleep more easily again now.

Fantastic customer service
I had a issue with our tonie over the weekend where the ear had stopped working, when i emailed on the sunday i got a fast reply and was assisted to put in a claim really quickly, I was given lots of support and had my replacement tonie delivered a few days after.

Toniebox is the BEST!!
Toniebox is the BEST! Got this for my daughter’s first birthday and it has been absolutely fantastic! She loves listening to all the songs and stories and understands how the characters go on the top and stop if she takes them off (which is a while exciting game in itself!) Encanto is her favourite. I cannot wait to collect lots of tonies! It’s fantastic!

faulty defective headphones no replacement
Got faulty defective headphones hit a blank wall they want me to take my tonie box back aswell as my headphones. There is no issue with my tonie box so why should i return it. I have customised it and won’t be compensated for the money I spent. Be very careful ordering headphones from tonies. I have spent hundreds of pounds with tonies and not anymore. The amount of money they’ve made of me and they won’t replace my £27 headphones is enough for me to never shop there again.

Sanity saved
I ordered a Tonie box and various add ons including a preorder Bluey game.
As it was a preorder I was not concerned when some time went past, however when I did decide to chase up the delivery I was informed that there had been attempts to deliver the items but noone was home. I knew this was not the case so followed it up and to put a long story to bed found that Royal mail had been trying the wrong house.
Whilst trying to track this parcel I had interacted with staff at Tonie who could not have been any more reassuring,helpful, friendly and speedy, many times responding almost by return email.
This made what was turning into a fraught situation with Royal Mail less of a worry as it was a lot of money to "loose".
I cannot praise this company highly enough and BEST of all the wee one loves his TonieBox :)

My son is severely autistic with sever…
My son is severely autistic with sever learning disabilities he loves music of all types and characters of all kinds. He cant read or write but his little face lights up with each and every character we have bought him so far.
He is learning how to do it for himself which is amazing too. Its something that he can add to and have as a special hobby. He doesnt play with toys at all. So when I saw this I thought it was worth a try. Its so worth every penny we have spent on it so far.

Amazing product
Amazing product. My daughter loves her tonies and uses it every day. Great customer service anytime we have had issues. Our tonie box one stopped charging and we were able to pay the difference for a tonie box two. This one has even more brilliant features. Would highly recommend.

Faulty Tonie box
Ordered a package of a tonie box 2 and 5 tonies for my 2 year olds birthday, when we first opened the box they was no manual or usb-c which we contacted customer service about and they said they would be in touch. Not even half a day later we noticed the speaker was faulty, the sound was off like the speaker was blown we then exchanged messages with customer service provided videos to which we could send it back, when inputting my return it states that this item has been already returned therefore clarifying that the item has been faulty before and sent back, this is not acceptable when I’ve ordered a brand new tonie, when I’ve told them this they have said to input the product code correctly, which I have several times, still the same message occurs. 3 days of communication and they is still no resolution to the faulty second hand item I’ve bought which should be brand new. It’s not acceptable and very unfair on my child.

My 5 year old who is non verbal and…
My 5 year old who is non verbal and Autistic, loves it. He dances and listen to the stories/ songs. He finds it easy to use and always putting a different one on all the time.

Absolutely love the Toniebox 2
Absolutely love the Toniebox 2. Our son just turned one and we thought it might be too old for him but it's brilliant, and we can see it as a treasured audiobook, musical & screen free entertainment for many years to come! The gorgeous hand painted Tonie designs are lovely (although a little pricey!) Perhaps there could be a loyalty system, buy three get a fourth free etc....I know they do bundles but these are a lot of money too.

Both Grandchildren love their Toniebox
Both Grandchildren love their Toniebox. Its good for bedtime but we bring it away with us and kids listen while they play. Eldest ones love the Rotten Romans.

Tonies is the best toy I’ve ever…
Tonies is the best toy I’ve ever brought kids never get bored of tonies keeps them calm and I love the fact they bringing out tonies for all ages as I have a 3 6 and 8 year old who love there tonies box still! Customer service was very helpful when my youngest sons tonie box was faulty got a new tonie box replacement within 2 days of making claim on Thursday and recieved replacement today!

Best thing since sliced bread
I have just bought a Tonie for my nephew.. I think they are the best thing since sliced bread.. My nephew is 19mth old and it is a nightmare trying to get him to sit for a story.. We now take him up to bed and put his Tonie on while getting him off to sleep.. We leave it on then if he wakes up his stories is still playing..
