Another AI generated waste of time
I hate leaving 1 star reviews for companies I once trusted, but once again, a business that once valued its customers has switched to AI which obviously suits them and frustrates me.
I ordered 5 long sleeved tees, a good deal, but what I didn't see was they use EVRI as there delivery service. UP here in Inverness, that is like playing the lottery, you might win, but the odds are so long don't get your hopes up.
Waited seven business days on a two day delivery, and what a surprise, courier reports a delay after 5 days. What that means up here is the parcel is in a huge crate at the depot, its missed its slot and if EVRI can be bothered to sort this black hole of parcels I might get it at some point.
I doubt it.
I well, these things happen, I will contact TM Lewin. Except you can't. Well you can talk to the AI assistant, Edward, but no human will be involved with any customer, because hey, that would be helpful. TM Lewin have decided that process and automation are better for them, and sod the customer.
Looks good on the balance sheet, chairman will get his bonus, but knowing now what I know, I will wait out the process, get my refund and never shop with them again.

Shirt quality issues
I purchased a shirt in last November and already the cuff has disintegrated. That is less than 10 months after purchase.
TM Lewin used to be synonymous with high quality, but that no longer appears to be the case. Very disappointing.
The shame of it is I have TM Lewin shirts from 6 years ago that are still in great condition.

Very dissspointed.
I know the brand from previous visits to the UK. This time, they let me down. I tried to cancel an online order a few minutes after placing it. They did not be allowed to do so ( even though the goods were not dispatched from their warehouse). Then the delivery arrived several days late. late. The pic on the website for the chinos was very different from what I received. For the price, I will in future rather buy from Charles T or Hawes & Curtis. Their quality is much better and services far superior.

Prompting for a review when not delivering goods
Not a good idea to prompt a review when you are late for delivery buy a week and counting.
What is taking so damn long?
No updates or anything, and I am on the verge of requesting refund and no longer utilising your services.
