Delivery address not transfered to courier!
EVRI have not delivered it as you removed the house number and road from the address! The Post Code does show the road, but not the house number. Evri might be rubbish, but give them a chance of limited success, or use the post!

Disappointing
Disappointing experience with T.M.Lewin.
I ordered several shirts under the same product reference, but one arrived with a noticeably different collar and construction from the others. I raised this with customer service as soon as I wore it and noticed the difference (shortly after the expiry of the return period).
T.M.Lewin confirmed that the shirt was from a different production run and acknowledged that there are differences in the collar and construction. However, they refused the return because both versions carry the same internal product code.
I understand that different production runs can happen, but as a customer, I would expect a shirt sold under the same product reference to be consistent, or at least for any material differences to be made clear when purchasing.

I love TM Lewin's long-sleeved…
I love TM Lewin's long-sleeved T-shirts. They're right for every season except high summer. Delivery is prompt and each item comes with a piece of packing tissue, which gives an impression of the quality of the shirt. The five for £50 offer is hard to beat unless you buy inferior items from the local supermarket.

Poor Quality Belt
I was really disappointed after buying one of their leather belts, which turned out not to be real leather as advertised, but rather cheap bonded material worth about £5-10. It started falling apart after just two weeks, and despite being worn only a few times, the inside lining broke down and stained my trousers. After several emails and sending photos of the damage, they offered only a partial refund, leaving me out of pocket and with ruined trousers. Terrible service and poor compensation. With so many other good online retailers available, I won’t be shopping with TM Lewin again.

Another AI generated waste of time
I hate leaving 1 star reviews for companies I once trusted, but once again, a business that once valued its customers has switched to AI which obviously suits them and frustrates me.
I ordered 5 long sleeved tees, a good deal, but what I didn't see was they use EVRI as there delivery service. UP here in Inverness, that is like playing the lottery, you might win, but the odds are so long don't get your hopes up.
Waited seven business days on a two day delivery, and what a surprise, courier reports a delay after 5 days. What that means up here is the parcel is in a huge crate at the depot, its missed its slot and if EVRI can be bothered to sort this black hole of parcels I might get it at some point.
I doubt it.
I well, these things happen, I will contact TM Lewin. Except you can't. Well you can talk to the AI assistant, Edward, but no human will be involved with any customer, because hey, that would be helpful. TM Lewin have decided that process and automation are better for them, and sod the customer.
Looks good on the balance sheet, chairman will get his bonus, but knowing now what I know, I will wait out the process, get my refund and never shop with them again.
