quality and efficiency
The whole process was straightforward and efficient, both from ordering and then delivery. The shirt itself was excellent quality but a bit small - I'm maybe not as fitted as I used to be! The returns process was simple to follow and the communication throughout was helpful.

Good fitting shirts arrived quickly…
Good fitting shirts arrived quickly after ordering. Probably my fault but found the dusky pink shirt to be very dull and boring looking, but at the sale price I kept it for wearing around the house and garden.

Slim chinos come up baggy
Slim chinos come up baggy. Bought online , therefore lost postage and had to take back to shop. Not even regular fit, so very misleading size. No issue with colour and quality of product, just sizing. Complete waste of time and postage.
