** Edit: Customer service finally responded to my emails, apologized, and explained the error that happened. A new tracking number has been provided and the replacement is being prepared to ship. Other than this hiccup, I will say the product is beautiful and rate it highly. I am happy to see that this is on its way to being resolved and will update my review again once the promised replacement is actually received.

I received my order with a cracked spoon and messaged them to have a replacement sent out. They were great with their replies and said they’d send a new one to make it right but I never received it. After waiting several months for the replacement to come, I messaged 3 times asking for help tracking it down with no reply. I hate to leave a negative review but maybe this will get someone’s attention to reply.

They are also not straight forward on their product. If you ask where it is made, they reply every time with the material used.

The place mats are easy to clean. Would buy again.

I love these so much. They are smooth, beautiful & hard working kitchen tools. I especially love how well they work with Teflon pans. They look so nice in my counter storage container. I’ve used wooden utensils for years and these are by far the most attractive ones I’ve ever had.

These are excellent quality and value for the price. I’m washing them by hand, not putting them in the dishwasher, but they clean up very easily. They have gotten a little darker as I’ve used them more, but they’re holding up well. The size and variety are just right for daily use.

Working from home more often now as a result of the ongoing Covid uncertainty, I thought I'd spruce up my home office desk a bit. Purchased the classic desk mat and desk organizer and I love both of them. The mat allows for far more freedom than the customary small mouse pads. While the organizer has really helped reduce some of the smaller clutter I had everywhere. I will keep an eye out for new products in the future too.

First time customer and the experience was great! I love how our family could each choose the colour placemat/coaster set that we wanted and it matched well together on our dining table when we got them. What was surprising was how great the quality was. We’ve had cheap placemats in the past that couldn’t survive our son. We’ve been using these for a couple of weeks now with multiple wipe ups a day and there has been no fading or damage to the placemats which we’ve found with the last few we’ve purchased elsewhere.

Cannot be more happy with the quality of products received. Faster than expected deliveries. Will definitely be returning for more quality purchases!

I received some placemats that had imprints of the coordinated coasters on them and was missing one coaster in the order. After notifying the company and asking how I might reduce the imprint, the company was in contact with me on a daily basis. They gave me a suggestion on how to decrease the imprint, but when this did not work, they offered to send me new sets. I feel they were responsive and did the responsible thing to make this right. The placemats and coasters are a really cool design so I am glad this worked out.

I got the metal wine goblets for a bit of Christmas fun. Now my partner and I use them all the time. Good for a fancy bit of afternoon water! The shipping was a bit slow, but not unbearable. Would buy again =]

I bought the teak utensils and mid-century style placemats from tillyliving. I was very happy with the products when they arrived. It looks just like the pictures and are great quality.

I had a small question about the size of the utensils that was answered quickly, so happy with their customer service.

Item arrived within the specified time frame so no complaints there - shipping was free so how can I complain?!

The styling and range of products matches my home aesthetic beautifully so I will definitely be making another purchase.

Their dedicated help desk team helped point out the track my parcel page on their website. It was easy to see that the parcel took about 6 days to arrive in the country and was then handed to USPS.

I appreciate the way they put emphasis on how customers are protected during transit and it really does feels like customer satisfaction is their number one priority.

All in all highly recommended.

The images in the Facebook ads caught my eye for some placemats that were just what I was looking for. The order process started as expected and then it got weird. The order confirmation was a text, not an email or a pop up window - then the alarm went off in my head - scam?
I chalked it up to "I should have known better than to buy ANYTHING through a Facebook ad" and just hoped something would arrive.
Weeks went by and I would follow the reply link and somehow I landed on a tracking link from an unknown shipping company on the other side of the planet. It did not look legit.
Eventually my package arrived, weeks later.
The quality of the placemats is good, the style is just what I wanted. It just took a LOT of time for the delivery to arrive. After digging into the site I found their shipping terms and the expectations are written, not blatantly obvious for American delivery.
