No product- No tracking number- No company contact and their website does NOT allow customer contact. This company is horrible to deal with! They have had my money for over two weeks without responding.
Hopefully I’ll get either my $80.00 back or a product or at least some communication soon. They surely didn’t deliver before Christmas and I ordered over two weeks before.
VERY DISAPPOINTED

The utensils are beautiful. Has anyone else noticed that water turns a brown color when you wash them? I’m concerned.

I would not order from Tilly.

My order has been in transit for weeks. Tracking alert message says may be lost, damaged or customs issue. Hoped to have for Christmas present. Disappointed. Joke is that I get constant offers for more products but can’t get the ones I ordered weeks ago.

I can’t rate the utensils, only the delivery. I ordered weeks ago. Apparently my utensils are “in transit”. They’ve been “in transit” and not moving for a week now. I’m beginning to think I’ve been scammed. I’ve emailed but get no response. Don’t buy from this company. I’m about to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Absolute worst buying experience I've ever had. Paid for priority processing but instead of prioritizing getting my order shipped, I received emails every day for nearly a week trying to upsell to add more items to my order.

Terrible customer service and practices. They don't offer anything you couldn't find somewhere else so I'd avoid and choose an alternative store.

I've ordered Christmas presents from this company and after I ordered it said it would take up to 4 weeks. I opted out of the $9 Faster processing fee and immediately reached out to customer service to say I would pay that fee to get it by Christmas. I've sent 4 emails over a week and so far no one has reached out. At this point (6 days) no one has contacted me and there is no chance I will have these for Christmas.

I accidentally put in the wrong address for my order. I contacted customer service and they were able to change the delivery address. They answered quickly and let me know when they had fixed my problem. The representative was kind and professional. I’ll shop with them in the future n

I had a small issue with my order and Tilly Living was so responsive. Quick to reply and quick to rectify the situation. They were so thoughtful and kind. I don’t typically see customer service like this! Thank you Tilly Living!

We are so very pleased with our Tilly purchases. First we got the 7 pak Kitchen Utensils and oh my word, they are lovely! That prompted us to go back and purchase the Acacia Salt n Pepper grinders, and the mineral oil, as Tilly had a stunning sale!

We have just moved into a tiny home, so functional beauty is paramount, as everything is there on display. Tilly products do just that. We are looking forward to using these attractive pieces for years to come.
