Poor Service from Staff
Although you can get cheap tickets with this company beware it is a group of companies, read the T &C before buying your ticket, they don't explain things quite well ie I purchased recently a flight only ticket, which I assumed was for me only to be told it's a group booking which is very confusing they don't tell you on the website when booking,once I completed my purchase I did get a booking confirmation but no e-ticket this led me to think could this be a scam which they say clearly on there website be careful of scammers using there name so I called the office number followed by an email to a member of staff who can't be bothered to respond, to get clarification that I am not being scammed, I was reassured it was not a scam this could had all been prevented had an e-ticket been issued within 24hrs of receipt of payment from me instead of waiting until one of departure date,

Tickets to India is a very nice website easy to book your tickets. This is only website which gives you choice to see flexible tickets for five six days. You can choose cheaper ,different airlines and timings . The staff is very dedicated and helpful.

Helpful as usual. Booked tickets with them few months ago and got an email from the airline saying our connecting flight was moved forward and to contact the TA. shammika customer service in todays Booking Ticket from LHR to MAA is excellent and she helped me on my all request.
shammika customer service in todays book fromLHR to Chennai is excellent.
Shammika is advised and guided on travel to Inida with convenient time of Depature and Ariival in view of my age (Senior Citizen).
Shammika explained everything what I need? Even Shammika had mentioned that if any issue during my travel, asked me call Shammika to provide her assitance which is not available in Online Booking.
Hence I always prefer to book my travel with Shammika, Ticket To Inida. Also I recommended family and friends about Ticket To Inida and Shammika's customer service and her phenaminal approach.
