Moss, thank you for servicing me today. You have provided me with a service and miss-sold me your products. only to find out that wht you have told me was not what I was getting. My cost wasn't gona be £27, I would have to pay £48 pm. I was so disappointed 2 weeks later.
I decided to cancel the whole package and stay put with my other provider.
You gave me wrong information without verifying with experienced colleagues. you need more training.
I was very upset and not happy after you put on a show.

Misleading Order, Rude Staff, Broken Complaints System — Total Failure by Three
I ordered a 5G broadband from Three and received an email confirming it was ready for collection. I travelled to Westfield Stratford next day afternoon to pick it up, only to be told the store had no stock at all and that they “didn’t know why I got the email.” Instead of resolving the mistake, the staff member (female, hijab, glasses) repeatedly tried to upsell me into paying £1 more for the same device in a different colour. When I declined, she became rude, dismissive, and kept cutting me off mid‑sentence.
The worst part was the ID refusal. Three’s own Important Information email clearly states the only requirement for collection is a driving licence in the same name. That’s it. I had my licence, in the correct name, exactly as Three requires. The only reason the address wasn’t updated yet was because I hadn't received the new license from DVLA, which is completely normal after moving house. Despite this, the staff member refused to accept it.
And here’s the key detail she ignored:
My old licence address matched the billing address on my Three order.
She could have verified it instantly. She didn’t even try. She insisted on an updated address that Three does not require, blocked the collection, and made me feel belittled, dismissed, and completely unvalued as a customer.
To make things worse, Three’s online complaints form didn’t work at all — it repeatedly failed to submit — so I had to waste more time going through live chat just to raise the issue. Three’s systems, staff training, and customer service processes are all failing at the same time. Completely unacceptable.
