Great service however I think true discount offers to long term customers should be offered even if its a lottery and you random generate the customer. A true one off deals . It would also be something no other providers offer and great PR whilst making customer feel appreciated 👍

Been a giffgaff customer for over a decade and I’ve always been very happy with the service. I’ve bought phones as well as airtime and the costs are very competitive

This network is terrible, after months of contracted use im now told i cant use credit to pay for my plan and this is after months of doing it.... I'm leaving this network and I'm taking everyone i brought with me back with me. If you speak to a lass called Stephanie........... You're not getting help.

Signal can drop out now and then

Buying a new plan was not an intuitive experience so had some teething issues with that, but customer service was brilliant and quick to respond. They gave me a clear explanation on what caused the issues and refunded me the erroneous top-ups. Very happy to stay with giffgaff as a result!

I have been with Giff Gaff since 2012 and I have had not had one problem during that time. They are customer driven and have remained so reasonable. I'll never leave them.

Horrible - I want to cancel a £10.00 rolling contract I took out for my daughter.

She has lost the card and I am still paying because I have no way of cancelling it

I feel trapped and am getting no where with the bots

I am loggin this now but its been months that I try to speak to someone only to be paying over £100.00 for a service no one can use and I no longer need.

Cheap flexible packages, but difficult to sort out any issues without a telephone contact.

It would be nice to see your balance and how it’s been spent.
I would like to track my data roaming when on holiday so that I don’t go over the limit.

I have no real beef with Giff Gaff other than the fact I could get better elsewhere. I have internet with another company and they are offering me a mobile deal of 80gb as opposed to 2gb with GiffGaff for the same money. Why haven’t I gone? Laziness I suppose. Will I go? Yes probably.

Reliable and consistent.

The £6 a month service is perfectly fine for my needs. Almost all my online stuff, incl VOIP, is done on my home ISP. I don't make lots of phone calls - so I'm almost paying to have the facilities there and ready to go. That's o.k. at £6 a month. If I suddenly need more, it's easy to up the package (and reduce it again if not needed ongoingly).

The signal strength at my home address is less than two bars, resulting in constant dropping out.

Worst service. Still my sim not working. I topup £10. I lost money

Giffgaff a go. You won't be surprised. You get so much with Giffgaff, better than 02.I use 1gb a month, but I use it abroad. I'm on WiFi non stop. Even in Lanzarote( I go 4 times a year ). I pay £10 month for 40GB.

Does what it’s say on the tin.

I had an 18 month issue with O2 where a number i ported to them from EE would only receive incoming calls from other O2 phone numbers, despite 37 phone calls and the communications ombudsman getting involved they were unable to resolve the issue and advised my to port the number to another carrier to resolve the issue, i ported the phone number to Giff gaff and when the port was complete i still had exactly the same issue, i opened a support ticket and 5 days later the issue was resolved, despite being owned by O2, they re not O2 and have customer services that know what they are doing

Great company with good customer service. Large variety of services at reasonable prices. Great assistance from the company as well as the community. Easy to access website and no hassle deals, great service for purchasing new and refurbished phones.
