I went there and advisor at samsung disrespect me and didnt help and they told me go to three store and get purchase of letter and go back after 2 days. Samsung advisor refuse to help but i came to three store and was served by khairul whos the customer advisor at three and he helped me big time as i was crying to access my phone and he helped me access by reseting everything. Best customer service i recieved. Highly recommended. I informed the lady mangaer about service provided by khairul

I ordered a 5G broadband from Three and received an email confirming it was ready for collection. I travelled to Westfield Stratford next day afternoon to pick it up, only to be told the store had no stock at all and that they “didn’t know why I got the email.” Instead of resolving the mistake, the staff member (female, hijab, glasses) repeatedly tried to upsell me into paying £1 more for the same device in a different colour. When I declined, she became rude, dismissive, and kept cutting me off mid‑sentence.
The worst part was the ID refusal. Three’s own Important Information email clearly states the only requirement for collection is a driving licence in the same name. That’s it. I had my licence, in the correct name, exactly as Three requires. The only reason the address wasn’t updated yet was because I hadn't received the new license from DVLA, which is completely normal after moving house. Despite this, the staff member refused to accept it.
And here’s the key detail she ignored:
My old licence address matched the billing address on my Three order.
She could have verified it instantly. She didn’t even try. She insisted on an updated address that Three does not require, blocked the collection, and made me feel belittled, dismissed, and completely unvalued as a customer.
To make things worse, Three’s online complaints form didn’t work at all — it repeatedly failed to submit — so I had to waste more time going through live chat just to raise the issue. Three’s systems, staff training, and customer service processes are all failing at the same time. Completely unacceptable.
