This was one of the most pleasant shopping experiences I've had in long time. In the age of automated response and robot answering service, Threadless maintains the most important element of human interactions: humans. I dealt with the same person throughout and she was kind, helpful and quick to respond. The satisfaction guarantee is no lie; when I made a mistake in my order, it was corrected at no charge. Shipping is quick with accurate tracking info provided and the products are great quality. I wish every company operated like this one. Very pleased and highly recommend.

When my tee was reported as "delivered" by the post office, but not on my door step as claimed, I reached out to Threadless to see if there was any insurance number I could use to file a claim. They wrote back within 36 hours, which reassured me. The tee ended up arriving another day and it's great! I love it! Great tee and great customer service. :)

Placed my first order with threadless and I absolutely love the shirts I got. There was one minor issue that was entirely caused by me but their customer service went above and beyond to get it fixed. I am absolutely blown away and they have won me over. Highly recommend!

I've used threadless several times and they were great. My most recent order had an issue and I was WOW'd by the support experience. We're human, there are going to be issues but how you handle it says a lot. The issue was fixed, I was able to keep the shirt that was incorrect, AND I was provided a credit. Just WOW. I just submitted a picture of the issue and that was it.

I had a postage issue, and the Threadless representative truly helped me from the first moment to the last, providing me with replacements, and several kind emails that arrived super fast after my first query.

This is a great company that communicates quickly and clearly. I do find I have to size up my t-shirts, but they are decent quality and I get lots of compliments. Occasionally, something is flawed in the print, but a quick email with a photo gets things sorted out quickly and positively. I've been ordering from Threadless for 15+ years and have even re-ordered favourite shirts that eventually wear out.

I always have anxiety when I order from a new online store but the quality of the shirts is fantastic. The material is soft, the designs pop, and overall I'm thrilled with my order.

First I truly appreciate the ability to order merchandise with works from some of the best artist out there. Specifically I have been pleased with the t-shirts and a windbreaker jacket. The shirts do not stink and the quality of the print on the shirt is top notch. Unfortunately I the was a mistake with one of my recent orders where an incorrect size t-shirt was sent to me in error. I contacted the customer support service email, and in less the 12 hours they had replied to the error and a new order was already started. Amanda was the representative that assisted me they were polite, admitted the error on, and ensured that my oder was corrected promptly. The was some most excellent customer service. Thank you.

I have ordered several times from Threadless and everything has been perfect. I placed another order this week and ordered the wrong size on accident. I contacted them and they are sending a shirt in the correct size, even though it was my mistake. They were so kind and helpful in their quick responses and emails. Thank you again!

I recently ordered some items and one of the items (phone case) wasn’t fitting my phone, one corner was damaged. I contacted them and they gave me a choice of new item or credit. They were super helpful, responsive and lovely to deal with. Would definitely order with them again!

Wonderful company and Amanda is THE BEST!! What some of these other reviews might be discounting is that Threadless makes any unexpected wrongs - and through no fault of their own - right! Our items arrived damaged due to carrier issues and Amanda was there, attentive and courteous, to solve our issue in the most amicable and timely way. The resolve was so quick and easy, thanks to her! It's added trust and peace of mind, which restores my faith for having them stand by me. And it should be said the work they do on the t-shirts is unquestionably high quality and beautiful, for real! very ethical and responsible. Thank you for everything, from a very grateful customer who will make no hesitation to buy more from you in the future!

I really love the designs, and the quality of the clothing. I have been a costumer since 2016.
More recently I had the best costumer support experience, where they fixed the issue I had with a misprinted shirt and sent me a new one right away.

I had trouble placing an order from Japan because one specific shirt color/style could not be shipped internationally. The support team investigated the issue very carefully, explained the cause clearly, and helped me find a solution.

I was also very happy that they later honored the sale price for my order. However, what meant even more to me was how kind and thoughtful the support was throughout the entire experience.

I had contacted support once before and had a similarly positive experience. It’s rare to come across customer support that feels this personal and caring. What could have been a frustrating shopping experience ended up becoming a very positive one.

Long time customer with many past orders. my last 2 orders never arrived. I tried contacting them through the help email and got no reply.

Update: following submission of this review Threadless have reached out to me and have reshipped the content of the 2 packegaes that failed to arrive. It seems like Gmail is testing replies from the help email at threadless.com as spam and it might be the reason I did not receive a reply for my first attemt to reach out to them.
Update #2: I have received the shipments.
And the issue was resolved to my satisfaction(although in delay).

Ordered a shirt for my granddaughter and the image was off center. One quick picture attached to a polite email and the next day a new shirt was already on its way. Great customer service and super fast response time. Thanks again for everything

The products arrived very fast beautiful.
The support is amazing. I had a problem with a product. They responded immediatelly, very friendly and understanding.
The solution they offered was beyond my expectation. I can totally recommend this shop from a customer perspecitve!

I've been ordering from Threadless since *checks account, 2008, with 36 orders in total. Three of those orders have included shirts which didn't have a great print on them (around the start of the pandemic when everything was going wrong), but every time the customer service has been exemplary. When I messaged to say I was less happy with the prints, a replacement was sent out free of charge. What else could you ask for? Their communication has been pleasant and courteous and any problems have always been resolved. There are a lot of print-on-demand sites out there, but I think the customer support of Threadless sets them apart.

If you are an artist, think extra carefully whether it is worth to invest tens of hours uploading to them.. and then no inclusion on the marketplace, even if your designs are selling for tens of dollars on the other platforms.
