Took my renewal details with ease and I wanted to make some changes to my current policy and offered to call me back with a new quotation. Called me back within 15 minutes and I was more than happy with the price and service provided.

Honestly Rob explained everything in detail and hassle free. Sorted everything out in 30 min or so but felt like minutes. That’s how simple Rob explained everything. Amazing customer service. Highly recommended for new drivers or personnel with or without previous convictions.

The lad spoke quickly but very clarly, made sure i was following what he was telling me. Unusually for someone in this type of role he let me speak and I was able to ask for key cover as an extra item. He's a fine example of a member of staff. Many people in similar positions would do well to endeavour to emulate him. I'd suggest that you would do well to hold on to him
