The customer service is amazing! So helpful and quick to respond. The lights are gorgeous and well made. Had an issue with one and customer service replaced it straight away with no issues! Love my pendants :-)

BTC Hector Wall Lights

Great quality lights and the best price (online) efficient shipping. Very polite customer service team who were great in dealing with confusion over delivery.

What a brilliant company! Service was exemplary from start to finish and I’m very happy with our beautiful wall lights, which arrived speedily, were well packed and are very good quality. I heartily recommend this firm.

A fantastic range of wall and pendant lights to suit indoor and outdoor spaces....This was the perfect one stop shop for us when we renovated our home during lock down. The team couldn’t have been more helpful suggesting lights and giving advice along the way. Highly recommend!

I can only confirm the wonderful reviews left already.
Have just received my lights.
Super fast delivery of the most beautiful lights of exceptional quality.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company

Product quality is 100%, Staff are exceptional. We are so impressed with the Wall Lighting Company. Your lights are of exceptional quality and so is your service.
We have nothing but the highest regard for your company, products and staff

I am sure I will not be the first or last person to say that the products and service that The Wall Lighting Co provide is unparalleled. The quality and attention to detail and their flexibility to allow for personal customisation of their product allowed us to get the look we were after.

Special thanks again to Becky, Hilary and Abi but I know it was a broader team that produced the final product, so thank our all.

Great products and friendly service from an excellent company. I have used them on a number of occasions and they are consistently excellent.

Absolutely love my Lenham wall lights. Just the contempory but still quitetraditional look I was looking for. Great customer service too.

Great Service. The lights are beautiful and very good quality. They have transformed our outside space, we should have come to Wall Lighting years ago.
Hilary and her team were always very helpful and realistic with timings if fittings were not currently in stock.

Professional and personal online shopping experience. We chose several lights from Wall Lighting Company for our house, which arrived promptly and well packaged. When I rang up to find out when an item was out of stock, they helpfully suggested some alternatives, which actually were better than the original ones I chose. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Wonderful customer service.
Knowing I was in need of a set of lights ASAP they were immediately checked to see if they were in stock and dispatched the same day.
Everyone I spoke to was helpful, charming and efficient.
Cannot recommend highly enough.
Ooh and they have a fantastic selection of lights too - and having scoured the internet for wall lights I can say this with some confidence!
How lovely to deal with a company that is so customer focused.

Wow, brilliant customer service on the phone, and very pleased with the product quality. I even went along to their showroom to see all the hard work going on by the team in the basement. A super, down to earth company. Highly recommended:)

Excellent service despite manufacturer reluctance to exchange

Purchased 2 x BTC Hatton wall lights, one arrived with slight flaw in the ceramic which BTC initially refused to exchange, but Wall Lighting Co arranged for this anyway as we didn't want imperfect lights.

Prompt responses to queries and resolution of issue was much appreciated

Great customer service, communication and advice. The lights were excellent quality, really a cut above the average, installation went smoothly and they really look fab. This company was a pleasure to deal with. Couldn't be happier!

Fab lights , just what I wanted and could not find elsewhere combined with first class service thank you so much .

I placed a large order with the Wall Lighting Company and I'm very pleased I did. The Tate contemporary wall lights and pendants, and the classic outdoor wall lights are beautiful with very good quality fittings. The packing was painstaking and everything arrived in perfect order.

Brilliant service, super helpful with an exchange that had gone way beyond the date that I should have exchanged by.

Good service in difficult circumstances.
We have now bought two lights for our hall and landing.
We are really pleased with them, and they make an impressive feature.
The second light that was delivered was the wrong size, but the company quickly rectified it, and we received the correct one in just over a day.
We would highly recommend for service and the products.

Brilliant service & amazing lights. Just so wish the did matching pendant light 😥
