The Wall Lighting Company Anmeldelser

I bought 5 of the Kelston lights and my electrician has been unable to mount these without having to built
specialist plinths to attach to the walls. They are not suitable for pre-existing wiring as the mounting plate is very small. Phoned your company and was told that you would look into it and ask your technical support and get back to me - the silence was deafening. Design fault needs integrated bigger plinth/ fixing plate. They are weighty and to get an adequate fixing we have had five wooden plinths built to attach the lights on for stability and to hide the wiring.

We've adorned our venue with pendants from The Wall Lighting Company. The products look great, but we've also been really impresses with The Wall Light Co's efficient and friendly customer service.

Minor issue, wrong item delivered but correct item was delivered very promptly and they arranged a collection of the incorrect item with no fuss. Great customer service.
Had similar issues with other companies and they made it so difficult in comparison.

Lantern is so beautiful I've bought another two. Really beautiful, elegant design. Bought a cheaper version for comparison, this lantern is much sleeker and the matt black finish is the cherry on top. Customer service also very good and attentive leaving me a very happy customer!

Great products and great service! My highest recommendation!

Great customer service from this excellent company. Orders fulfilled directly. We had a problem fitting one light (our fault) conversation with customer services most helpful. Returned light fitting exchanged. All by return post. Matter resolved and great lights.

This company is fabulous. Beautiful products. Customer services really do go all the way to helping you get just what you want. Thank you especially to Mel who dealt with me mostly, and thanks to Becky, too for responding when Mel was busy helping someone else. Amazing. Can't wait to get my lights!

Beautiful lights, of a high quality.

Excellent customer service from the company, who went above and beyond to source and deliver items in a timely manner.

Great customer service and really beautiful products. Would definitely recommend the company

Amazing, personalised service from start to finish from this great company. We visited their office and looked through products, were impressed by the quality and made a bespoke order that was very professionally handled. Full advice on style, size, colour, fittings etc. and the lights have transformed our home.

We used the Lago double adjustable black/antique brass wall lights in one of our chalet projects in the French Alps. They look fabulous. We found the company to be very efficient with great communication.

Lovely people and super helpful. Thrilled with all our lights, pendants and wall lights

Really quick reply to my queries, quick delivery and the product is as it appears in the website. Everything was perfect. Many thanks for your professionalism!

Absolutely superb service. There was a delay in delivery but Customer Service kept me updated throughout and even offered temporary alternatives. I was happy to wait and when the lights arrived they are stunning. I’m so pleased with them. Top company to deal with, they really look after the customer. Thank you

A seamless experience from start to finish - ordering and delivery were easy and fast. Our glass pendant light is beautiful, high quality, and very easy to fit. It has exceeded our expectations.

The Wall Lighting company have a fantastic array of lights (including those with more classic/industrial designs). The website is easy to navigate, and clearly lists of the specific technical information required to help you in making your decision.

Friendly customer support team (Mel, Becky, Aisyah) made the experience even more enjoyable.

I will be shopping here again!

Absolutely delighted with the glass pendant lights I bought. The price was more than I'd normally spend but I couldn't find any I liked as much anywhere else so decided to go for it. The customer service was fabulous and gave me advice on the size to buy and the fixings and hanging detail, they also said they would hold the items for me until my kitchen was finished. The pendants were packaged very well and came quickly as soon I requested. They are absolutely stunning!! Great product and super company to deal with. Highly recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous lights, unlike anything else we have found online. The first light we ordered exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and design and we ordered other lights for another room soon after. Great service too, highly recommended!

Ordered a large glass pendant light for the bedroom. It's perfect, exactly what we were looking for. The delivery was super fast. Customer service was great, especially Becky. So great company to deal with, with great products. Highly recommended.
