We have been booking our Cyprus villa’s with The Villa group for the last eight years, the Villas have never disappointed and are exactly as advertised in the pictures and description on their website. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We have already booked with this company agin for 2024. Would definitely recommend them

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Villa Nasia, we had a great week, the weather was a bit hit and miss which is to be expected in April. The villa itself has an amazing outside area, the pool is large and has a great shallow end which would be great for small children or sitting in, in the heat of the summer months, unfortunately the pool was a bit to cold for us to have full use, the children did try it but it was just too cold haha, but can imagine it will be amazing in the summer. It had a fabulous comfortable seating area which we made full use of, the sunbeds are also comfortable with the comfy cushions on and the views are amazing too. The villa was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and the beds were comfortable.
The only thing I would suggest, and these are really only suggestions to help people's stays there even more amazing would be to have a welcome book about the villa telling you how to use certain appliances in the house, for example the oven - we did not know how to use the bottom oven so was unsure if this was broken or we were just not using it correctly ( it wasn't an issue as we used the top oven but this wasn't the main oven - but managed fine) also we have stayed in villas before where they have had a condiment cupboard that would have things like salt, pepper, spices, pasta, rice, tin foil, cling film etc and there would just be a note saying if you finish something please replace it. I just find that if like us you like to have lunch or tea in one or two nights / days (and we like to cook) your buying all these things which last a while but then only using a bit, it would be good for other people to get their use out of these sort of things. But like I say these are only minor things and the Villa is amazing and in a great location 5 min drive from Latchi and 10 minutes from Polis. We would definitely return to Villa Nasia and highly recommend it if your thinking of staying here.

This was our first time using The Villa Group and the service was exceptional.

Prior to travelling Lisa was incredibly responsive to all my questions and made the booking process very easy.

Lisa also organised car hire (which was at a competative price) and private airport transfers for members of the family that were arriving at different times.

With so many great villas on offer it was a hard decision to agree on which villa to book. We were not
disappointed with our choice set in the hills of Peiya which had an unspoilt sea view, was well maintained
and in a quiet residental area.

During our stay Carrie was very helpful and quickly resolved an issue that we had with the pool.

I highly recommend The Villa Group if you are looking to book a villa in Cyprus.

The villa group (especially Mandy the wedding planner) were fantastic from the very first time we emailed enquiring about holding our wedding at one of their villas in Cyprus. They were very responsive and answers all our questions and queries immediately.
The villa was absolutely stunning and exactly how described.
Mandy was absolutely amazing and we wouldn’t have wanted any one else to plan our wedding.
She went above and beyond, we were a little nervous to begin with having not been to the venue or met with anyone who was part of our big day but after speaking with Mandy she completely put our minds at rest and knew we could trust her, she knew exactly what we wanted and delivered.
Our day was completely perfect and exceeded all our expectations and that was all thanks to Mandy.

I have been using the villa group for my family holidays to Cyprus for 8 years now. I cannot fault them at all for the whole process of renting a villa through them. Lisa has always been more than helpful with any queries I may have had in regard to the rental.
I find their prices to be competitive with other companies and the whole process with them is always hassle free and I always feel confident in them which is why I return every year to them without fail

Booking our holiday through The Villa Group for the first time was made extremely easy thanks to the excellent communication from them. Before travelling, we made an extra enquiry about a private airport transfer which they had quoted and arranged for us within the day. We also contacted them via email whilst on holiday about a later checkout and they enquired with the villa owner and arranged for us within the hour.

The villa and location was perfect for our family holiday. Any problems were dealt with straight away.

This is our second stay at Elea Silver and we would have no hesitation in returning. The facilities are second to none and the views simply stunning. The infinity pool is just fabulous, and gets the sun all day long. You can laze about watching the nomadic goats graze on the adjacent hillside, listening to their tinkling bells. The villa is well appointed and luxurious.

Having recently celebrated our wedding at a Villa Group villa, we feel that our Wedding planner, Mandy organised through the Villa Group certainly deserves a special thank you. Mandy was absolutely amazing right from the outset and we had complete confidence in her throughout. The whole wedding planning experience was made much less stressful. There was so much thought given to every detail and prompt responses to all emails. We cannot recommend the Villa Group and Mandy enough!

We have just enjoyed an excellent holiday with the Villa Group in Cyprus. Booking straightforward and flexible. Very helpful. No issues with return of deposit. Will use again.

Review

The ideal villa for our family. So perfectly located to explore the area while being in a peaceful setting. The pool was perfect for our family and beautifully clean - as was the whole villa. The view is incredible and we enjoyed the sunsets over the sea every night. We’ll be back!

The outside space and pool at Villa Pagrati is lovely with landscaping and plenty of loungers.
The inside of the villa on the whole is nice but the bathrooms are starting to look a little tired. The owner and his family are great and very helpful and generous.
It is worth noting that currently the villa below is being let out to Stag parties at the weekend. We were disturbed on 3 nights of our stay by very loud music which on one night went on till 2am.

We originally booked one of Sophia’s luxury villas for our son’s wedding in 2021, but due to Covid it had to be postponed until 2022. Unfortunately, we could not book the same dates, so had we had to find alternative accommodation for the days leading up to the wedding.
Once in the villa, we found it spacious and suited us perfectly for our needs. We enjoyed having en-suites for each bedroom and the roof top terrace has fantastic views of the coast line, especially at sunset. We found the location convenient for both Paphos and Coral Bay, with an excellent bus service, the 615, running every 10-15 minutes from the bottom of the road. Taxis were expensive!
We would certainly consider staying in Sophia’s villas again.

Just had the best week at villa haven in coral bay cannot fault anything great location close to all amenities Lisa was always very helpful when organising our stay. We are definitely going re-book!

This is the most amazing villa no one will feel they are on top of each other the design of the villa makes that impossible Mandy was so helpful when she called on the first day the infinity pool is amazing I cannot think of anything that was missing

Very simple to book. Received clear instructions on the location of the villa in plenty of time before arriving. Answered a question I posed during the holiday via the owners - efficient. Good communication regarding return of deposit. Thank you.

Exceptional views. Villa cluttered and tired. No midweek clean, only towels and bedsheet change. Were charged £45 for cleaning even though we cleaned everything except the fridge, floors and oven.

There was only 1 frying pan and saucepan to wash. The fridge was not washed. I feel it is not my place to do this as we paid for a cleaner. Can you please let me know what the cleaner is paid to do other than change sheets, provide towels and wash bathrooms?
Your cleaner did not clean the bathroom midweek or the floors and I had to do this.
