The Villa group was very helpful throughout our booking and responded quickly to our request to book taxis.

Just returned from a great family holiday at this villa in Coral Bay. When we arrived the AC wasn’t working in the main bedroom but this was fixed first thing the next morning which was a relief !!
The Villa had everything we needed and I was impressed with the quality of the appliances and the amount of kitchenware provided. The bath towels were soft and very white better than some hotels I’ve stayed at .
The Villa is ideally situated for Coral Bay Beach , bars restaurants and philippos supermarket are also nearby making the location ideal.
We all had a lovely time here. My only criticism which is being a bit fussy is that the Villa could maybe do with a little refresh.
I would definitely book with Villa Group again . My questions were always responded to promptly by Lisa and everything was as it should be. A lovely family holiday …memories made.

We have used Villa Group more than once now and really appreciate their customer service. They are very professional. Lisa in particular is a delight to communicate with. She is very prompt, courteous and helpful.
We have stayed at Villa 383 a couple of times. It is superb! Fabulous views, pool, amenities and location. Will be booking again.

i cannot fault the service we received from the Villa Group and Lisa in general, they were very responsive and efficient in making our holiday easy to sort. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking to book a Villa / transfers etc.

Booked a villa in Cyprus with them. Had a great experience. Good communication. There were no issues. Villa was clean and well maintained. And the price seems fair. Overall a great holiday. Will definitely come back.

This villa is like the hidden secret of the world.

Completely private, complete silent and with the most amazing view and infinity pool this earth has ever seen. If what you need is peace and quiet, amazing views and recharging of your soul, I can’t think of a better place.

There are a lot of birds around and dropping needs to be removed continually, but If you’re ok with that little hassle, the reward is being closer to paradise than you’ll ever be on this side of eternity.

No wonder we are returning guests here.

My original booking with Villa Group was made in 2019 for a June 2021 holiday. As a result of Covid that 2021 holiday for my son's wedding had to be delayed until June 2023. Throughout this period Villa Group provided a first class service in arranging the initial booking and documentation, handling the deferral of the booking and the arrangements for that deferment was exceptional. Very professionally managed.

Great Villa. Exactly as described. Very good service, clear instructions and directions. Communication was first class and the price was very reasonable unlike Airbnb and Verbo. Contact with them is easy and replies are prompt.
Will use again without hesitation.

Great support from Lisa at the Villa Group who helped to make the booking process really simple and answered the couple of questions we had in a courteous and timely manner. The Villa's description and the photographs posted on the website were accurate and the driving instructions were detailed and easy to follow. The villa inside was emaculately clean and the outside areas and pool were attended to everyday by the owners father who lives next door and was immediately on hand if we needed anything at all. The views from the villa stretching right down to Polis, Latsi and across to the Akamas peninsula are truly spectacular and the sunsets amazing. We loved the privacy of the villa and the peaceful surroundings, however, as another contributor mentioned this was unfortunately disturbed on occasions by the numerous dogs which would bark in unison intermittently throughout the day and sometimes in the very early hours of the morning. This was our only gripe and by the end of our two week stay had accustomed ourselves to it. We have been taking villa holidays for many years but was our first experience of booking with The Villa Group. We will definitely use them again in the future and be recommending them to family and friends.

Fantastic villa in a great location with all the amenities required. Has a lovely pool in a secluded and quiet area. The only reason not a 5 star is the towels were threadbare, chairs uncomfortable and villa requires a good clean. Overall superb villa that just requires refreshing to be absolutely first class.

Booked 2 weeks in a villa in paphos. Had the best time Lisa was great, any queries she would reply straight away. Villa was lovely. Nothing is too much trouble for Lisa and the team, would highly recommend

Brilliant villa - not usually available at short notice due to its popularity.
We lost our previous villa booking but Lisa Bundy from The Villa Group was able to offer 3 or 4 replacement villa options that fitted in with our booked flights. It took about 2 minutes for us to decide on Kliotos.
We have stayed in this villa before, so we knew what a gem it is - the main attributes are incredible peace and quiet - you are a decent distance from any other villas - and the wonderful views.
There are three good sized bedroom and all have fly screens, so unless it's really hot, you can open the glass door and let the breeze flow through without the use of the Air Conditioning. We did not use the AC at all during our stay. The villa is between Paphos and Coral bay, so you have access to most of the west side of Cyprus. You will need a car. Plenty of excellent restaurants and close to the legendary Philippos supermarket that has everything. As usual we didn't want to come home. Thanks To Lisa & Dino of The Villa Group for making another holiday in Cyprus so memorable.

We have just returned from a fantastic weeks stay in one of the villa groups properties in Coral Bay.
The villa itself was clean, tidy and very well kept. Our party consisted of 8 adults so with each bedroom having its own bathroom, this made getting ready to go out in the evenings a breeze.
The location was perfect for us as we didn’t hire a car, and is easy walking distance to the main Coral Bay strip.
We have used the villa group before and the second time round did not disappoint, we will be returning & have also sent our recommendations onto family members who have seen our pictures of the holiday and would like to stay there themselves.

From start to finish all of the team we're brilliant, they made it all feel fun and exciting and gave us all the most wonderful experience.once we arrived or needed help it all was addressed promptly with no fuss, nothing seemed to much bother for them and they were all just wonderful people so a massive thanks to you all

The booking through The Villa Group was seamless - from my initial enquiries through to booking. The Customer Service I received was excellent, prompt, friendly helpful responses and Lisa went the extra mile in obtaining additional information for me. The driving instructions to the villa were very straight forward and easy to follow.

The Villa Castle itself was absolutely stunning! The villa was immaculately presented both inside and outside, the villa owners were lovely and take real care and pride in the villa. The photo's honestly do not do the villa justice of how beautiful the place is - glorious sea views alongside the rural hills you're absolutely spoiled. The shops aren't walking distance but that is not a problem whatsoever they are only a short drive and easy to find the local kiosk and supermarkets. I've stayed in many Cypriot villa's and this is easily one of the nicest. The wrap around pool is incredible. I am already missing those glorious sunsets. We had an amazing family holiday thank you to The Villa Group and Villa owners - fantastic quality holiday with precious family memories made.

We were a large party of 14 staying at a beautiful 7-bedroom villa in a quiet spot in Cyprus, with direct access to the sea, as part of our holiday for a family wedding. The villa was as described, in fact bigger and better than it looked in the photos. The Villa Group were very responsive - we had a hiccup with the booking which was swiftly resolved, & we even managed to book a fabulous BBQ at short notice for 18 people.

The villa was incredible and very well represented by the photos. The pool was gorgeous (if a little chilly) and the gardens are beautiful. There was a couple of minor things like the bbq hadn’t even cleaned well but once reported it was dealt with superbly so thank you very much. The whole family have had an amazing week and would definitely recommend this villa.

This was our third stay in the quiet village of Miliou but the first booked through Villa Group. The Villa Group website is both informative and easy to use. Lisa responded to all our questions promptly and helpfully.

Villa Pagrati is a large villa, ideal for up to 3 families, with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The open plan living, dining and kitchen space is large and airy. There is a second cooker and a dishwasher in the utility room. Outside, there is plenty of space around the large swimming pool with lots of sunbeds and a great covered platform with comfortable seating for 7 people. The villa comes with a Cypriot barbecue, ideal for lamb souvla.

A rental car is essential. Access is via a paved track, which is quite steep for the last 50 metres.

The owner, Anthos, and his parents who live in Miliou, were most attentive and generous hosts - nothing was too much trouble. The standard inventory is short on towels and pillows but you just have to ask and more will be provided. We especially enjoyed the lemon cakes provided by Anthos' mother and the lovely evening spent with all the family in a Paphos tavern run by Anthos' brother and sister-in-law (they used to run the tavern in MIliou, which is sadly now closed).

We plan to return in 2024.

Great communication and service since booking the Villa. The Villa was exactly as advertised and we had a great holiday!
