Excellent Villa. A lovely peaceful location. Easy access to latchi Harbour with fabulous restaurants and Bars . Fabulous views of the harbour and sea and bay.

The villa was big enough for 6 adults and 1 infant. Cot and high chair were provided too.
My family had a wonderful holiday. This is the 2nd time I have used Villa group for our holidays in Cyprus . Thank you to Lisa and her team! Nothing is too much trouble . ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Recommendation from me. Already looking at booking for next year 😎

My wife and I were married at Villa Panorama and Villa Oceana. The host Sevinos was absolutely phenomenal and was so attentive. The experience we had for our wedding was unreal and we would highly recommend booking a wedding through the Villa Group

The villa group is outstanding I have been with them for over 10 years and would never use any else the service and selection of villas is always 100% I honestly can’t recommend enough all of our needs are catered for every step of the way and Lisa is a true gem x

The villa is modern and stylish and well appointed.
The location is ideal in that it’s easy to get to the beach and local amenities (shops, restaurants etc) but quiet and peaceful too. We were a family of 6 with 4 teenage kids and it was perfect for them to go off exploring without having to worry.
The pool is small but ideal for cooling off in or if you have younger kids who will love it regardless.
For those who’d miss British Tv there is a satellite tv with all the English channels to keep in top of the football, love island or whatever floats you boat.

Our second Villa holiday using The Villa Group and once again the booking process and contacting them with a couple of questions before our stay was easy and their responses quick and courteous.
Our two week stay in Villa Anthiana in Argaka Cyprus was fantastic. The Villa was as described in the site and as usual the photos didn't do it justice. The location right on the beach is perfect and with the hire car we were able to reach the local supermarket and places to eat within ten minutes or less.
Although the sea is virtually at the end of the garden it can be difficult to enter due to the large stones and boulders which run along most of the Argaka shoreline. This didn't stop us having some great fun in the warm Mediterranean waters when it wasn't too rough.
The Villa owners were quick to sort out a problem with the air-conditioning and made sure that all was going well during our stay without being intrusive. The freshly baked cake was definitely appreciated.
We would have no reservations in recommending The Villa Group and Villa Anthiana to family and friends.

Lovely villa very spacious, pool was great. We were unable to use the basement bedroom as had a strong musty smell. We had quite a lot of ants but this was probably due to the hot weather. Overall we enjoyed our weeks holiday.

The company was very good & also very helpful, but the Villa itself was rather tired.

This is our 2nd stay with The Villa Group and it was great again. The Marizia Sea View Villa was fantastic with a beautiful view. The pool area was very comfortable with the beds and umbrellas. We were even allowed to eat from the garden, how nice is that! Thank you again and hopefully see you again soon.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser schönen, großen Wohnung. Sie ist komplett ausgestattet, es fehlt an Nichts. Es gibt eine sehr umfangreiche Mappe mit Informationsmaterial. Die Verwalterin Mandy ist sehr gut erreichbar und hilf bei allen Problemen. Ganz phantastisch ist der Blick von der sehr großen Terrasse.
!!!!!! das Gebäude liegt in einer gepflegten Wohngegend, man fühlt sich wie unter Einheimischen. Die Wohnung liegt fast am Ende der Straße auf der linken Seite und hat die Bezeichnung C 1.
als wir dort waren, hatten wir Temperaturen bis zu 37°, So dass wir die Terrasse leider nur in den Abendstunden nutzen konnten. Eventuell wäre es hilfreich, wenn der verglaste Teil der Terrasse beschattet werden könnte.

We stayed at Villa Rafaella in coral bay

We had no issues with the villa group. They were very helpful and Lisa responded to our emails efficiently and in a timely manner with any issues and queries we had.

We stayed at the Pagrati villa for a week with 3 other couples, 2 children and our 4mo baby. We also got married here during our time and the villa let us host a welcome meal for our close friends and family, which was amazing. The villa was a big hit! The villa had breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains from every window and viewpoint. It is set over 3 floors. The infinity pool was beautiful with 8 sunbeds and parasols neatly placed. There was ample seating indoors and out, adequate bedrooms and a bathroom for each couple which was a great. There was a bbq outdoors which required coal to use. The interior was quite dated in places but served its purpose. The kitchen facilities were great and there was plenty kitchenware for when we hosted a welcome meal. The driveway was very, very steep and you definitely needed to be in 1st gear with acceleration! The only thing that would’ve made our stay more comfortable was if there could have been aircon in the main house, there was aircon in all bedrooms but the living area could get quite stuffy at times.
Anthos, the owner, was very helpful and friendly, we had requested 2 cots but on arrival only found 1, he came around promptly and brought us another cot, he also helped us figure out the wifi etc.
You definitely need a car if staying here, shops aren’t too far away and Paphos was about 40 minutes drive.
Overall, we had an amazing stay here and everything suited our party just right, the villa never felt crowded despite there being a lot of us. We have some amazing memories here, so thank you!
Booking through The Villa Group was straightforward and seamless. They were easy to get in touch with, gave regular updates on payment and provided information clearly highlighted, so we would not forget. They were efficient, answering any queries promptly and always very friendly. I would definitely use this company again, and recommend to others. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in villa serene,2 adults and 3 teenagers.
We had 10 days of fun laughter comfortable sleeps and wonderful views.
The Villa itself is modern and well equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable.Could maybe do with a bigger bed in the master bedroom as I think a super king with a quality mattress would fit in well with the rest of the villas quality.Its nice to feel special on holiday like when you stay in a 5 star hotel the bed is always huge and very comfortable. This was our only slight negative as we still slept ok.
The Pool area is beautiful and the loungers very relaxing.
The pool itself is such a lovely size, 13 x 5 metres is just fantastic in a villa and in our experience very rare.
I did 62 lengths every day which was half a mile swimm.
Helped keep the holiday weight off.
Outdoor eating area and bbq were great, though the gas bbq is no longer available it's a built in charcoal bbq and sink and utilities was great and very clean,we cooked 2 fabulous bbq during our stay.
The Villa is easy to find and in a fantastic location on the very tip of a steep hill in a peaceful culde sac with lovely neighbours. Very little noise from anywhere apart from the wind.
We would 100% come back and stay here without hesitation.Thank you guys for a wonderful holiday home.

We hired the Pine and Olive SeaHouse Villa with The Villa Group, Cyprus.

As two friends with 2x young teenage boys and my friends Mother we wanted a Villa slightly excluded from the hustle and bustle of Touristy areas such as Peiya / Coral Bay.

Well what can I say…. 🤩 WOW

This Villa certainly delivered, out of all the villas I have hired over the years I can honestly say this one beat them all hands down!

The level of standard was of that of a 5+** hotel.

Everything you could wish for was catered for and I am still thinking of how a can fault something - and thankfully I can’t - not even the weather 😝

We arrived to a fantastic welcome pack of fresh Milk, fruits, bread, ham, water and more.

The Villa was well equipped with utensils, cutlery, washing facilities and absolutely spotlessly clean.

The pool too was fantastic, possibly around 4ft deep but all on one level so no deep end making it much safer for children not to mention and a lovely 29’c so warm enough to enjoy!

The location itself was too fantastic, secluded yet only 8min from the lovely seaside harbor of Latchi.

Within walking distance of only 5 min was Ttasski Beach which again presented itself with a little restaurant for beer and food.

Savvas the owners Father visited us on 3 occasions to ensure we were ok and had everything we needed, he to was a lovely gentleman and we felt rest assured and not at all bothered that he was ensuring we were happy and ok.

I will certainly be back to this Villa again, we all loved every minute being there.

Easy straight forward booking system with good communication

A great company good communication on lead up to our holiday. Apartment was amazing very clean and modern

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, super close to everything you may need. Also, inside you can find fresh towels, kitchen utensils, etc.

And the view is magnificent! This is our second vacation with Villa Group, and we are hoping for the next one soon!

I would like to say a HUGE thank you to Lisa at The Villa Group for providing a first class service with my holiday apartment booking. Everything was clear from start to finish, nothing too much trouble to explain, super helpful with any query I had. I asked for an apartment recommendation and Lisa suggested the perfect property for myself and my elderly Mum in Pissouri - I would like to take Thea Vista home with me, but unfortunately my luggage allowance prevents this! Thank you Lisa, and thank you The Villa Group. I would not hesitate to recommend you to my family and friends.

The location was beautiful and the accommodation was just as it appeared in the pictures. It was spotless, very well maintained and beautifully decorated.

We received a warm welcome on arrival at check-in and we were escorted to our apartment where our welcome pack included all the essentials promised.

Aphrodite Hills, as the name suggests is not beach front and so for anyone hoping for a short stroll to the beach, they will be disappointed. Set in an elevated position within a gated and exclusive community it boasts spectacular views of the sea and the hills. It is quiet and, being 15mins from Paphos Harbour, you do need transport to get to any of the nearby attractions or beaches. Public transport is very sparse with a single bus service serving the village with a very unpredictable and limited timetable. We gave up waiting for the bus despite having the bus times and as a consequence had to pay 40 Euros each way for a taxi ride into Paphos Harbour each time we wanted to venture away from the resort. This cost was extortionate when compared to the 2 Euro cost of a single bus ride had the bus turned up.

Although we received a guest discount card on arrival which supposedly gave us 10% off the cost of the amenities and restaurants within the resort/village square, in reality it was not the benefit it suggested as most of the restaurants within the village were closed for the majority of our stay as our booking fell outside of the start of the summer season. The discount did not apply to the Hotel eateries, the village spa or the village gym, limiting its use to the golf club restaurant, the supermarket and the occasional village restaurant when open (Fri - Sun) on a rotational basis. The problem was that they did not publish the rota, therefore you did not know what would be open or when.

There was a sense of confusion about what we had access to as part of the package booked. For example, apparently we had complimentary access to the gym, spa and internal pool facilities at the hotel but not to the equivalent facilities within the village. We were not advised of this on arrival and when we attempted to use the village gym we were advised that the cost of a day pass for the gym was 15 Euro. There was no discount and we were not told/reminded that we could use the hotel facilities as part of the package. I only discovered this on checking the T&C's of the booking on my return home. This was a disappointment.

Conversely, we had a discount off restaurants within the village but not within the hotel. This distinction is important because we were staying in the village and not the hotel.

The supermarket was very overpriced, for example a 6 pack of 1.5L bottles of Evian water was priced at 18 Euro. Luckily, the shop attendant told us there was a cheaper local brand alternative. This is not a one-off example as typically prices appeared to be more than twice that expected. This could catch you off guard if you have not budgeted for the high cost of basic staples.

Despite the off-season availability to some amenities and restaurants, the overall experience was good. Great weather, friendly and helpful staff and lovely surroundings.

Booking through The Villa Group was excellent. Straight forward and responsive to queries and requests.

For a get-away-from-it-all break where relaxation and comfort was our main priority, it met and exceeded that expectation.

Cannot fault the service i received from Lisa at The Villa group and the Villa’s owner. Nothing was too much trouble, quick response time, accurate information great recommendations and great service. Will definitely use them again.

We’ve been using the villa group now for several years, often twice a year and there’s never been an issue whatsoever. Communication is second to none in terms of making a booking, pricing is extremely competitive and the villa’s exactly as described. Big thank you to Lisa once again who makes the whole transaction seem less.
