Brand new villa - Amazing!
We were the first to stay in the brand new villa.
It was amazing! - Very clean - Had everything you could need. Great location - Beautiful views of the sea.
The booking agent was great and always on hand to help!

Absolutely lovely holiday in a beautiful villa. Everything was perfect from the initial booking. Correspondence and confirmation was dealt with professionally and quickly. Any questions we had were also dealt with very fast. The location of the villa was amazing, beach on the doorstep, in a quiet location and the owners were welcoming and helpful. A car was essential but everything we needed was only a short drive away. We spent a lovely 2 weeks enjoying the villa and exploring Cyprus. Special thanks to Lisa who responded to any questions or issues with the booking.

I would highly recommend The Villa Group and would not hesitate to use them again.

Great villa for extended family, 11 in total! Plenty of space for private areas and communal eating. Pool was fabulous and enjoyed by everyone.
BBQ area was another big hit, we had a lovely evening with 13 of us sat around the table under the twinkly lights.
The only slight negative is if you want to sit and watch TV as the sofas/lounge areas are set in a line rather than a cosy space. Not an issue for us as we weren’t there to watch TV!

Great location for stunning views of the bay. And lovely accommodation. Lisa at the Villa Group makes it for me. She is helpful, responsive, and listens to your needs.

Fantastic! Cannot recommend Lisa at The Villa Group enough. Was so helpful and quick replies via email. Our villa was gorgeous (Despina in Kissonerga) and owners were lovely. Communication was great and everything went smoothly.

Spent two wonderfull weeks at this superb Villa.
The owners where very helpful and nothing was a problem for them and any issues where dealt with staright away so couldn't have expected more from them.
Villa is extreemly spaceful and we spent most of the time using the expansive outside area which received the sun from 8am to just before sundown.
We ate out only 3 times during our stay as the two kitchens are fully stocked with every utensil possible and we used the gas BBQ for evey meal.

The online booking with the Villa Group was safe and easy. The accommodation was exactly as described on the Villa Group Website. It is an excellent apartment full of everything you could need for a good holiday. Our stay was first class made extra special by Mandy’s help and attentiveness.
The apartment is set in a Residential area of Pissouri, and as such is subject to a lot of noise from other apartments. Neighbours dogs barking incessantly and noisy motor scooters hurtling around. This has not stopped us in booking a return visit.

Returned back to this lovely villa as visited it 2019 also. Such a stunning villa inside and out , the owner has done a great job on the new barbecue area very impressive. There was nothing to be negative about, we thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely want to return again. It would be very hard to find a villa like this one. And the villa group are a fantastic company to deal with, so informative and prompt with any questions throughout booking the villa. Thanks Teresa.

The villa was very clean and ideal for three people. The host was very helpful, he could not do enough and had a wealth of knowledge in the area - Absolutely Fabulous 5*****

Communication from the day of booking to leaving the appartment was superb. Also the appartment was as advertised & spotlessly clean, nice touch with welcome grocery pack & discount on entry into waterpark, will certainly be using this company again for our holidays to Cyprus

Good communication and felt in trusted hands booking through The Villa Group, which was reassuring after having issues with a different booking site who double booked our holiday accommodation and made it tricky to get a refund.
It was good having an actual person email you rather than just a computer system. Quick responses on emails too. Would definitely use again for booking a villa.

Just wanted to thank The Villa Group and Lisa for their fantastic service as always. We have just spent a fabulous 2 weeks at Mare Beach Villa in Argaka. We’ve been visiting the area for years and just love it. We spent a few days of the holiday hiring boats from Latchi Watersports who are just amazing. We ate some great food at The Old Town, Finnakas and Chix Chox in Polis. Also Fly Again, Pas to Kima and Santa Barbara Resto and Beach Bar in Argaka.

Thank you Lisa as always for your patience with all my questions, keeping us informed etc etc. Your friendly approach makes me feel as though I know you and makes dealing with you so easy.

Lovely villa, problem with air conditioning not being included in price, very expensive to run air con. first time ever in all the years of having villa holidays with air con not included in the price. Owner stated this was done to save people money, I maintain this was done to gain more money from clients. Without air con family would have been very ill as villa was so hot upon arrival. Would rather pay for it in total cost of villa and be refunded if not used

We booked this villa through the villa group last year, the booking process and updates were good. The directions to the villa left us a little lost about 2 minutes away, thanks to Lynn for helping us find the correct turning😁
On arrival the villa was exactly like the photos if not better. The bedrooms are large and airy with wonderful views. The A/C in the bedrooms made a huge difference in July but during the day the villa remained cool with the windows open. The BBQ and pool were well used and despite being close to the village the silence in the evening was amazing.
Thanks again to Lynn for her help and advice during our stay, on arrival the villa was lovely and clean and the welcome pack was very appreciated. Looking forward to next year

So we hunted around looking for a genuine company to book a villa with and there was a good few options, however The Villa Group stood out for both price and properties.

Never booking a villa before and dubious about the process, Lias at The Villa Group took away all of our worries, helped and guided us through the whole process, answer any and all questions we had and gave us all the info we needed.

The process of paying the deposit and remainder of the balance was easy and secure and the security deposit was returned in good time after departure.

Overall, this is a company you can trust.

This is the second time we have used the Villa Group and the costumer service offered was excellent. Lisa was very responsive to all emails/queries-nothing was too much trouble. Lisa booked us taxi transfers and car hire. She liaised with the villa owners and couldn't be more helpful. The villa itself was exactly as described, very well equipped, clean and just perfect for our family holiday. We would 100% recommend The Villa Group.

We stayed at Villa Goden Shore. It really is a wonderful house. Very stylishly furnished and with plenty of space. The pool and the whirlpool were pleasantly warm so that we could also swim at night. The only negative point is that the kitchen is not very well equipped. For example, there was no colander for draining pasta. We bought this in a shop. However, I can still highly recommend the stay. We had a great time at Villa Goden Shore.
