TheSoapery Anmeldelser

I’ve just started enjoying the benefit of soap making and finding The Soapery was a real win. Everything I wanted in one place. The whole customer experience was great.

I love this company and all the products I have ordered have been first class! Great delivery and customer service - many thanks

I have ordered quite a bit from these. Free delivery and its always come.pretty quick.
The tubs are flimsy and I've had broken ones in the past (usually if I ordered via amazon though) the reason for 4 stars is because their data sheets are never upto date with batches - even the essential oils. They do,send them quickly.if you email but I just find it time consuming and tedious to do that so it does put me off ordering

Service is great they keep you informed every step of the way and delivery was on time. In fact always on time as I've bought quite a bit from them.
Good quality products 👌

I've actually had several positive experiences with The Soapery, the date below is just the most recent.
Ordered multiple times as a small business, and the Soapery have always been fantastic. Everything has arrived quickly, prices are very fair, and the ingredient quality is self-evident.
Once, a bottle opened in transit and spilled, they refunded me immediately and were super helpful.
Every time I've contacted them I've got a very prompt response and they've always been helpful and polite.
I'd strongly recommend this company - even just their website blogs are an excellent resource for new DIYers, and I've literally never had a bad product or experience with them

Excellent company - great, easy to navigate website, choice, quality and service. Provides everything I need for my soap making at a fair price. Very pleased and will continue to use.

Excellent! Arrived beautifuly packed, all the products that we ordered are of a great quality and easy to use, we enjoyed making our first soaps with my 6 years old daughter 💖

The items arrived promptly and without delivery costs. I would have liked to buy the products in smaller sizes, but its OK.

I had an excellent service from you. Definitely my favourite shop 🥰

Excellent selection of essential oils. I bought a set and delivery was free and very quick.
The oils are very good indeed; I particularly like the lemon and tea tree.
I highly recommend this company and its products.
I will hopefully start making candles in the New Year and will be buying my items from here.

I have been buying goat milk powder for some time now from The Soapery. It is high quality and so soothing in my bath as I have skin problems. The price is very competitive and the service is excellent. I highly recommend this company.

Great company. I’ve purchased from the soapery a number of times - the ingredients have always had good best before dates, and they were well-packaged. The delivery is always fairly quick and the prices are good. Also, it’s worth mentioning that the general choice of products on the site is excellent. Thank you for the great service. I’ll certainly be back.

Have ordered from this company several times, pleased with products and delivery

Great range of products, competitive prices and efficient service.

Excellent in every way - love the quality and delivery speed!!! Great company!

Really nice products . Delivered quickly

I don’t make soap but I buy the Castile liquid soap to fill my hand soap dispenser. That way I can wash my hands using pure soap with no chemicals.

I have been a customer of the Soapery for a couple of years now.
I intend to keep it that way .
Their products are great . Their customer service is second to none.
The delivery service is fantastic and so far reliable.

I do recommend this company to anyone who are seeking good quality for a great price.

Thank you to the team . 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Delivery is very quick and the products are lovely.
I’ve only ordered oils and essential oils to make my own body oil but this is my second time ordering and I will order again.

Fantastic products - the essential oils smell incredible as does the almond oil! Thank you!!
