This company earns every one of it's five stars. It's not often that you can unreservedly recommend suppliers and rest well knowing you will be thanked for it. Every transaction with them whether directly or through eBay has been easy and reliable. They are my go to supplier for all my hobbies, health and wellness needs. Thank you The Soapery.

I have only ordered twice from this company the products were good reasonably priced and delivered on time

Regularly use The Soapery for Epsom salts, Dead Sea salts and other items like French and kaolin clay.
Excellent quality, very quick dispatch and delivery. Good value too. Mo like that I can order small amounts to check for allergies first and order more if I tolerate .

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with The Soapery. I placed two sizeable orders and expected reliable service, but instead I received a block of coconut oil clearly labelled 10kg, despite paying for 12.5kg. This is a straightforward under-delivery.

When I reported the issue, instead of apologising or resolving it, I was asked to weigh the product myself, take photos of the scale, and send the evidence. I don’t own industrial scales, nor should I be expected to source equipment and spend my time proving a mistake that is already obvious from the product label.

I paid for a full 12.5kg and received only 10kg — that alone should be sufficient to process the refund for the missing amount. Instead, I’ve been met with unnecessary back-and-forth and a lack of accountability.

I had been satisfied with The Soapery until now, but this experience has seriously made me reconsider ordering from them again. Good products mean nothing if customer service is dismissive and places the burden of proof on the customer for an error they didn’t make.

Very disappointing and completely avoidable.
