They had the part, unused factory in box, that I needed. Shipped fast and communicated well.

Love this company
Love this company. Great way to buy good equipment without the showroom price. Also approved a repair that was needed to ensure the bike was safe before I committed to it. Lots of good used bikes out there and this is a good way to test the quality and integrity before locking in on your purchase.

Bought son a trek supercaliber
Bought my son a trek supercaliber, didn't want to spend money on a new bike. The bike I ended up with was pretty much new. A few scratches just like was pictured. I will buy again. Having TPC check a used bike first is reassuring that your getting something good.

The website is easy to navigate and has all the information needed to make a good purchase decision. Shipment was quick, with tracking information. Everything I've purchased - components and bike - have been packed properly. I am very pleased with TPC.

Clint got my rear derailleur indexing properly and replaced my chain and I am back on the trails! Easy scheduling on-line and super easy drop off/pick up Tuesday -Saturday.
Lots of easy parking! Reasonable pricing and a cool retail area complete with bike museum.

Great price on the components I needed
Great price on the components I needed. The only drawback was I ordered on a Friday, then requested a change Saturday morning on a cable length and they replied quickly, it could not be done. The order was not shipped for another five days, so there was plenty of time to make the change. My mistake for ordering the wrong length (I give myself two stars) but they didn't try to help me either. I would order from them again but I would be more careful in my selections. Still, they had what I needed and they delivered.
