I had a really great experience with Whizz E-Bikes. The whole process of costumer service was smooth from start to finish, and the team was super helpful and responsive whenever I had questions. The bike itself was in excellent condition ,very comfortable, easy to use, and perfect for getting around the city.

What I liked the most was how convenient everything was. The rental process was quick, and they clearly explained how everything works, including the battery and pedal assist features. It made my daily commute much easier and honestly more enjoyable.

I would definitely recommend Whizz E-Bikes to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free rental option. Great service, great bikes, and a great overall experience.

they are scammers. 1. their bike are in poor condition. 2 they have huge lines in offices, you will spend many hours to repair a bike in poor condition. 3. they will charge you for every damage, even if it is not done by you or caused by amortization.
Don't forget to complain to 311 in NYC or nj consumer affairs, and other organization for consumer rights, if they charge you extra for no reason. The more complaints, the less scam.

The service is extremely poor. The bicycle seems to be programmed to break down and last only about a month. When you visit the shop to get it repaired, you have to wait more than an hour just to be attended. On top of that, they sell you used and damaged parts but charge you as if they were brand‑new. The rental system works like a monopoly designed solely to benefit the company, which operates with abusive and deceptive practices.

They also ask for your email and phone number, putting your personal information at risk. Later, they use that information to send messages pretending to be Uber, DoorDash, or financial and cryptocurrency platforms like Coinbase or Robinhood. These emails include fraudulent links, and if you click on them, they can immediately access your phone information and potentially your bank or card details. This company represents a serious risk to your data security.

Bueno el segundo día que alquile la bicicleta me paso un problema y perdí la llave, desde ese día estoy llamando para que me remplacen la llave y tienen ya dos semana que no me dan respuestas fui a la tienda y me querían dar otra bicicleta pero tenía que pagar otra ves 340$, , asta la fecha no me an podido reparar la bicicleta , y me parece una falta de respeto que ni en la tienda ni los operadores me dan una respuestas ni me reparan la bicicleta , prácticamente me están robando el dinero que pagué , por que me alquilaron algo que no tiene arreglo
