Phone Monkey stepped up when my phone got lost en route to them, ordering one especially for me and offering me some complimentary extras to compensate me for the delay. I am very happy with the Samsung A71 phone with a very big screen, I loved it. I ordered my phone on Thursday, 2nd of September, 2021 and the phone arrived the following day Friday, 3rd of September. The Phone Monkey Shop are very good and helpful. They offered a free service of fixing my new screen protector on my phone. l highly recommend this shop, and their prices are relatively lower than that of other online stores.

Ordered a Samsung A52 on the basis that the website said it was in stock to be told it was not in stock and would be a ten day wait four days later it still shows as being in stock..Chose an A32 instead which I can't fault .My only other comment is that there was no receipt included with the phone especially since Samsung is offering a rebate on new phone purchases if you submit a copy of your receipt to Samsung
