I think it is fab that company specialises in woom bikes and has a solid reputation for the brand. However 1 star removed as when doing exchange I had to pay £4 pounds to post item back. I appreciate it costs business money but felt a bit disappointed as we own a bike and every single accessory under the sun (all from the little bike company)

Easy and straightforward ordering on the Internet, came well packed and when it said it would arrive. The cloves are for my grandson.
Would recommend lovely dealing with a English co and not far away.

Excellent service, ordered a Woom 3 for my 4 year old, delivered within a few days in perfect order and had a mechanic checklist completed to ensure its all in working order. Great comms all the way through. Would certainly buy from again 😀👍
