Issues with return/refund
I ordered a Craft jacket from the Last Hunt. When it arrived it had a twisted sleeve lining, so I couldn’t put my arm through the sleeve. I sent pictures to the Last Hunt requesting a return label. I sent my item back in the condition I received it. The Last Hunt’s refund policy says that a returned item will get a refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. It’s now been 9 business days and I haven’t received a confirmation email or a refund. I’ve contacted customer service and have been told I would have more information in the “coming days”. This is absolutely unacceptable, and makes me wonder if they will even honour the return/refund policy. I would give 0 stars for this experience if I could. To the Last Hunt- where is my refund?
I wrote this review on February 6th. It’s now February 11th, and I keep getting “in the coming days” you will get your refund. I have asked for a phone number to contact a manager, but no one responds to that request. I got one email stating that I haven’t received my refund due to “high return volumes”, yet the Last Hunt doesn’t give refunds except for defective items. And so far they don’t do that either. Just get you to send the item back and keep your money. I’ve never experienced a company who won’t honour its own return/refund policy.
UPDATE- TO ANYONE BUYING FROM THE LAST HUNT - pay through PayPal. If something goes wrong, they have you covered. The only way I got my refund was to open a case through PayPal. They made a decision in my favour and I will finally get my money back. Thank you PayPal!

I frequently order clothing from The Last Hunt. The speed of delivery and quality of items is excellent. They sell quality name brand items at reasonable to super discount prices. I have never experienced any problems, and find it difficult to believe that others have with anything they’ve ordered from this site.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and products from The Last Hunt. Over the years, I have placed numerous orders from this store, but this is not the first time I’ve experienced such poor quality.
Recently, I ordered ski goggles, and upon my first use, the plastic broke apart immediately. Upon closer inspection, it was clear that the product was old, brittle, and not suitable for use. What’s worse is that the goggles I received were not even the ones I originally ordered.
This is not the first time I’ve had issues with defective products from The Last Hunt. In the past, I purchased expensive swimming goggles, which turned out to be faulty and unusable. I ended up throwing them away without even using them.
Sending old, deteriorated products to customers is unacceptable. This shows a lack of quality control and disregard for customers' trust. I will no longer shop here, and I advise others to be cautious when considering purchasing from this company.
If you care about quality and reliability, look elsewhere. I am leaving a 1-star review because even that feels generous considering the repeated disappointments.

Good deals but use your discretion
I’ve ordered from the last hunt a few times and had good experiences. You need to be familiar with the product/brand you are purchasing because you can’t return things so you’re stuck with the size you choose. I’ve never had to reach out to customer service. Always check the manufacturers site to see if they are also offering a deal on a product. Unless the last hunt offers a good discount, I would suggest buying direct from the manufacturer or rep.

Don’t buy from The Last Hunt. I ordered a medium winter coat and the tag on the zipper reads M, but the label inside the coat reads S. So it was mislabeled, I’ve emailed them numerous times over a few weeks and they responded once and won’t correct this problem and no further contact from them.
snowboarding pants…broke in half!
Bought my boyfriend snowboarding pants and it seemed good at first than after the seams came off after less than a year - used under 10 times … reached out to them and said it was wear and tear that he maybe tripped over a rock? Like wtf.. see the photos it’s a clean rip - how?? Won’t do any returns or exchanges nothing. Maybe the items are fake? They are HOLDEN PANTS- they also suck btw, bad customer service I wouldn’t buy from either of these companies again

Sold me a pair of skis with a binding system but no bindings. Was advertised as flat no holes brand new. There is no way to reach these guys. Never ever buy from these guys. Altitude sports is also culpable. And also super elusive. Zero out of 10. Would never ever use again

Leading up to the holidays I submitted three orders to 'The Last Hunt' for Christmas 2024 presents. One order had three clothing items, one order had five pieces of clothes and one order had a single large expensive item. Even with Canada Post on strike all three items arrives to my home on Vancouver Island in a timely manner as forecasted by the delivery company FedEx. All nine items I ordered were exactly what I received, all in good shape. No knock offs or seconds. The recipients were delighted. Just be careful Rab and Suqoi can run small so pick small over extra small. We had no Credit Card or fraud problems either. Website seems to have small hiccups at times like stating an extra sale but not being able to access the extra posted savings because of a glitch stating we have not subscribed, when we have because I am a member!!!. However, be patient it is usually fixed quickly. Otherwise the whole process is seamless while paying less than half the rack rate at a retail store. Keep up the good work.
Zero Customer service
Order not being processed and no response for The Last Hunt. I ordered skis for a Christmas present and paid for the express shipping to have arrived on the 18th. Made an appointment for the 22nd to have bindings mounted so Skis will be ready for Christmas. By the 17th I had not received any order or shipping update so I emailed the company. The skis did not arrive on the 18th. 48 hours later no reply to email. I googled a phone number for The Last Hunt. After 20mins on hold the agent informed me the number was only for Altitude Sports the parent company of The Last Hunt. She informed me there is not a phone number for The Last Hunt and they can not access orders and the only way to contact The Last Hunt is email (which they don't reply to) or Facebook Messenger. Prices may discounted but beware there is Zero customer service and fulfillment is not reliable.

Everyone that is whining about shipping - there's a darn postal strike on. It's not Last Hunt's fault that shippers are having issues. Stop yer whining!
No response from customer service about the status of my order
We bought a couple items from the last hunt on November 22nd. We were supposed to get the items on November 25th. We check the tracking every day and it says that the carrier “received” the order but no movement since. We saw that it’s missing our apartment number. We then emailed the last hunt to see what’s going on and no answer, so we emailed the carrier service on December 2nd and they told us that they reached out to the last hunt to confirm our order but because the last hunt didn’t respond to them in 48 hours, they returned the order back to “altitude sport” warehouse on November 26th. We didn’t get a contact from the last hunt about the need to confirm our order. If we didn’t reach out to the carrier we wouldn’t have known about this issue. I finally reached out on Facebook messenger and they said “we have resent your shipping address to our shipping department to ensure the package is delivered to the correct address” but the thing is they haven’t asked us to re-confirm our address with the correct apartment number. The last response that we got from the last hunt on Facebook messenger was on Dec 6th at 4:30PM and nothing yet. We have bought some items from the last hunt before and it was a great experience, but if we would’ve known this is the kind of customer service we get, I would’ve bought the items with a different company to make sure that this arrive in time to gift these items for our family. I’d expect a better customer service than this.
Zero customer service in case of Exception
I ordered a pair of skis and paid for express delivery on 27th November , the website indicated they will deliver on 28th November. The skis are not yet delivered. They refunded the express shipping charge but my skis are not delivered as of 4th December 2024 and I have paid for it. The customer support is non existent. I probably have to sue them for not delivering and charging my credit card. The order number is TLH 1342170

But, I received what I ordered, at a Great price, and relatively quickly too.

So now they have my money 2 times and said after the return it would take 3 business days to refund they had the BOOT in their possession since Nov 18th I paid the credit card so I wouldn’t carry a balance as of today after I been told it’s being processed still no refund as of Monday they said I wouldn’t carry a receive an email that my funds have been returned to my card it’s Dec 4th no email no refund this company is scamming me and I don’t feel comfortable shopping online . They offered me $10 for my inconvenience 1 where would I spend it not with them I am done isn’t this crazy I never experienced anything like this before . Is this a legit company I don’t know

I have been a client of the last Hunt since the inception of the company. I did read many reviews and some very negative regarding customer service.
I did order skis and Poles that were supposed to be shipped the next day ( paid $6 ). Got the poles no skis.
Contacted customer service via email since they dont have a phone service, Wich I find inconvenient, however they did respond with in a few hours and did locate my order for the skis. A label was created at Fedex, this you see when you click order status.
So for a few day check the order and nothing was sent so send an email to last Hunt to see why the order was and finally they called Fed ex and got an notice from Fedex. Showing a pick up.
So I have really no real issues with their customer service, Fedex was the issue since they did not pick up the package once the label was created.

I really don’t understand why the Last Hunt doesn’t have great reviews!! I have ordered from there EIGHT times in the last few years and 7/8 orders were excellent!: QUICK shipment, great prices, and just what I wanted. Only ONCE was my order disappointing as it was wet but guess what? EVERY time I sent an email about it, I got a speedy response and they DID give me a discount so I was OK about it!, Honestly, I’ve NEVER had better: PRICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE, and fast shipment!!! I can’t believe it! I LOVE this Company!! I will be ordering again and again!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥳🥳🥳
