Ich bin auf neueste begeistert, in dieser Lokation einen Monat logieren zu dürfen. Die zentrale Lage als erstes. Dann die Möglichkeiten der Mülltrennung in einem Raum, der zugänglich ist mit der Schlüsselkarte und dazu keine unangenehme Gerüche verströmt. Herr Sailer sorgte dafür!!!Ausserdem, Menschen wie ich,die länger bleiben, können auch ihre Wäsche waschen, wenn denn nicht irgendwelche Wichtigtuer die Türe, auch mit Schlüsselkarte zu öffnen, eintreten oder anders aushebeln. Traurig, dass solche angenehmen Möglichkeiten nicht wertschätzend angenommen werden. Wo bleiben Umgang und Manieren!!!!!!

I payed the caution 750 Euros in mars 2024 and Homelike did not pay back my caution. I asked and wrote mails to them to be paid back this caution. I did not receive any answer and any money from Homelike.

Es una empresa que está enfocada en el…
Es una empresa que está enfocada en el cobro por parte del arrendador. Por tanto, no comprueba el estado de las viviendas y cuando surgen problemas con arrendador, no media y desaparece. Recomiendo no usar este tipo de plataforma, un servicio pésimo. Alquiler de pisos demasiados caros. No cumplen con lo expuesto en sus anuncios, se basan en información facilitada por arrendadores indistintamente del estado real de los pisos. Por ende os puede pasar, alquilar pisos con olor a cloacas, sucios y que no les funcionen calefacción o que la mitad de los utensilios o electrodomésticos estén rotos y no se solucione...
Respuesta a su contestación:" Me parece cínico por parte de Homelike, ya que hoy mismo me contestan a mi correo que su propósito es simplemente plataforma de interconección, que indican en sus páginas anunciadas lo que les transmite el propietario y por ende no se responsabiliza si ni el objeto de alquiler no corresponde con la realidad anunciada...afirman por su parte que no se van a responsabilizar por sus anuncios ni servicios publicados y asumen que simplemente corresponden a la publicación de los propietarios de los inmuebles

Total scam, they left me on my own
Are you kidding me? I have three support tickets open because I did not want to book an apartment anymore since, after paying the first month, the prices were raised, and I asked a full refund for this, and I'm STILL (after almost one month) waiting for someone to give me some news on the subject. I called, and twice nobody answered me, I asked for the Certified Electronic Mail to talk about it with my lawyer, and nobody is answering me by mail. In the payment I've done, I also spent some money for the agency in order to have the booking being handled in the best way possible, and now Homelike is not answering me since the 9th of October - talk about a good service...

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! Read the multiple one-star reviews. (I changed to a two star from a one star bc they did refund my money.) Long story short, after days of being given the run around, I am two weeks out from a three week stay in Paris with no apartment to stay in. Homelike rep Javier was sooo nice when he was selling me the apartment, assuring me it was available, etc. Took my money, then nothing, no check in info, terrible customer support, just a terse email saying everything is fine. Finally got a call this morning from a person IN INDIA (I am in US, apartment is in Paris, Javier is in Germany), who said they are the "host", though not even the apartment owner, and that the apartment is definitely NOT available. They only heard about the request to book from Homelike LAST NIGHT. Now I have to start finding a place to stay all over again. Oh and the dashboard for my account on homelike still says everything is fine and that I am confirmed for the apartment, even though they know it is unavailable. Seriously, if you read the reviews here, it looks like you only have about a 50/50 shot of actually getting a place to stay through Homelike. Update: Homelike DID refund my money (minus $100, which they say is the change in currency exchange while they held the funds). The money had not gone to the host yet, so perhaps I had a better experience in that way than others who were left to their own devices to get a refund from a host.

No Customer Service
If you have any dispute with the landlord, Homelike platform will not protect the customer. Instead, will defence the landlord even the landlord did not fulfill the listed items in the apartment as per advertisement. And in my case, I have to contact Madrid free legal service to get a fair resolution to get a full refund.

Lost the first month rent which was…
Lost the first month rent which was immediately taken when I was just trying to ask a question of the landlord. The landlord immediately agreed that the apartment wasn't a great fit for us and said to write to Homelike immediately for a refund. That was on a Friday evening in Germany, so I couldn't reach anyone in the Homelike office anymore.I sent mmy parents who live localy to look at the location and they confirmed that lots of shady figures walked in and out of that building, folks that looked like drug dealers and pimps. Right behind the building a train that pretty much goes 24/7. On Monday, Homelike insisted that I booked and that a refund wasn't possible. If you read the other reviews that are negative, they do that on purpose, tricking you into paying. They say if you have all your payment info in their system, your booking will be treated with preference..I later found out that the landlord also is runs a company like this so it's a network of gangsters.
WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
The only way to make this right would have been to refund me my payment. They woud have rented this place easily to another shady person. I hope my review prevents many people from booking creating them a loss equivalent to the one I experienced as a single Mom returning to my home country. Instead of making it right with one person (me), they chose to lose hundreds that might have considered them.

Cute flat, great location
The flat was exactly as described and pictured, phew! And feels a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures. There were a few issues here and there - as there are in any home - but the team is available 24/7 and is extremely quick to respond and address.

Adem and Javi were very responsive and supportive considering we are communicating from a different time zone. Had some hccups with my rental request payment but they had it fixed in no time. Thank you.
