Homelike short term rental agency not 21st century
Recently attempted to reserve two seperate apartment which displayed as available. Sent resa request and received a notice that the owner had be notified and that I would receive confirmation in 48hr. In the 21 st century such a delay is antideluvian. The following morning recvd polite call from agency indicating they would follow up with owner. I followed up in the evening and no one was available but I had a promise of a return call. Later that night I recvd call back that owners had not responded and that I should look elsewhere. The next day I get a automated notice the apartment not available. I check online and it still shows available?

In these cases, we are indeed reliant on the landlord's responsiveness. We strive to ensure that most booking requests are confirmed within 3 hours, though we provide a 48-hour window to account for any delays that may occur.
We regret that the apartments you were interested in were not available and that the listings were not updated promptly on our platform. This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide. We would like to investigate this further and ensure such discrepancies are corrected promptly.

Hervorragender Service
Wir mussten wegen eines Versicherungsschadens kurzfritig eine längere Bleibe für mine Mutter finden. Der Service und die persönliche Begleitung unseres Sachbearbeiters war sehr gut und nett. Ein bisschen nervig war der Kontakt über die Hotline (lange Wartezeiten; erst ab 9 Uhr ereichabr, worüber man erst informiert wird, wenn man sich durch das Menu gewählt hat; obwohl aus Deutschland angerufen, teilweise nur englischsprechende MA). Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung
In der Wohnung, die 2.000 € für einen Monat gekostet hat, gibt es keine Möglichkeit, eine Jacke, ein Hemd oder sonstige Oberteile auf Kleiderbügel aufzuhängen. Es gibt keinen einzigen Haken dafür und keinen Schrank mit einer Schiene.
Als ich mich bei der Firma beschwert hatte, wurden mir drei Kleiderbügel vorbeigebracht. Was soll ich denn damit machen?
Die Seife ist mit Wasser gestreckt, das Duschgel ebenso. Die Wände schmutzig. Für mich ein No Go. Die Gegend ist solala, die Parkplätze Mangelware, abends und nachts teilweise besoffene Randalen draußen vor der Tür.
Da die Wohnung nicht stornierbar ist, muss ich mich wohl bis Ende der Frist hier quälen, aber wenn es nach mir ginge, wäre ich sofort ausgezogen.

Spacious and modernized 3-bedroom apartment close to public transport and cafes
This is a very nice and spacious 3-bedroom apartment, fully modernized, with air conditioning and all the amenities for a comfortable stay. It is only two short blocks from a major street with many cafes, restaurants, banks, and grocery stores... and, most importantly, several bus and tram lines, and an U-bahn station that take you anywhere you want to go in Vienna! The apartment is also an easy 15-20 minute walk to the Ringstrasse in the first district. We highly recommend it for short- or long-term stays in Vienna.

Amazing Experience with Homelike
I have to say that the Homelike experience was wonderful. First off they have a beautiful selection of apartments all over the city with a different price range to accommodate everyone.
I had been looking for an apartment for a while and the process was painful however with Homelike as soon as I requested a reservation for the apartment I liked, I received a confirmation that my request was accepted. Maria calls me and confirms that my request was accepted and asks if she can help with any questions I had. I was able to reserve the place I had been searching for with the budget I had in mind in no time. Thank you Homelike and Maria for giving me such an amazing experience!
