BE AWARE, this seller DOES NOT process refunds. I made an order, then I cancelled it after 4 days because it was not even shipped and it would not have arrived on time. Despite the order has never been shipped, after one month they still did not process the refund. I decided to take legal action against them.

Customer service was amazing and as promised the delivery for my dress to arrive on time before my birthday was on point . Your more likely to receive a faster response on IG.. Although I would like to suggest they use another courier , UPS delayed my dress to me two times almost making me not being able to wear it for my bday . It arrived the day of but was set to arrive 3 days prior . The dress sizes run small I am a US 6 and can even do an 8 so I chose the L(8) and it was still very tight on my hips . So be very cautious about that. The dress was made very well! Very rich like very I am that girl like! Very much worth it for this unique artwork! A show stopper, not one person I walked by didn’t compliment me . My 9 year old even told me how much she loved it . This dress company is amazing and I will be recommending your company for special events to others and I’ll be back again:)

ohne Knöpfe an und passte mir nicht, ich schickte es für 50.- zurück und sie wollten zuerst keine Rückzahlung machen wegen der fehlenden Knöpfe. Sie stimmten dann einer Rücknahme zu, ich bakam aber nie die 500.- zurück!! Sie melden sich auf keinem Kanal auf meine Anfragen. Ich hoffe immernoch auf Antwort!

I've ordered twice from here now! The dresses and playsuits are abbsolutely dreamy! They're super responsive too (I DM them on insta). Both times I ordered I needed next day delivery and I received ontime which was a life saver. Love this boutique!

I wish I could put less than one star. This company is absolutely AWFUL. Please do not purchase anything from here. I ordered a dress back in April. I had followed the sizing guide, yet it was too small when the dress arrived. I emailed asking for a return label to which they just say “too bad we don’t do that” and send you an address. I shipped the dress back a day later via USPS. I have been chasing this company non stop and I have never had such a terrific experience. They’re scammers. The package was so expensive to ship and now it’s in the UK. The seller refuses to pay the taxes and fees though I’ve been told by USPS the recipient has to pay it. Asking me to pay another $200 on top of the $100 it took to ship this package is outrageous. I’ve had to open a claims and they won’t even respond to my bank!! They’re fraudulent!! STAY AWAY

Just got a dress from this brand and I’m kinda obsessed. It fits really nicely and just feels easy to wear, like you don’t have to overthink your outfit. Love it!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. It’s been almost a year since I returned a product, and I still haven’t received my refund. I followed their return process, sent the item back, and have gotten nothing in return—no money, no resolution.

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious. If you’re thinking about buying from this company, especially if there’s any chance you might need to return something, be aware that getting a refund may be a serious issue.

Ordered in January- item was not ready in March even though they told me it would be shipped in February. Therefore, I asked for a refund. They accepted and I’ve been waiting over 10 weeks. They keep saying they will refund me but this is complete lies.
