Het is oké. Ik vind de kraag van de t-shirts te aansluitend, waardoor het niet zo lekker zit en ook wat 'stijf' staat. De pasvorm van oudere t shirts met dunne kraag vond ik leuker. Ik ga zelf niet meer bestellen, het is niet mijn model.
Bij de meeste 'boxy' of lichtelijk oversized modellen valt de kraag juist wat losser, deze valt in mijn ogen te strak waardoor het minder leuk staat en zit.

Didn’t receive one of the two jumpers I ordered, customer service directed me to their claims portal which basically suggests you’re screwed if you didn’t purchase ‘Pangaia protect’ which is nonsense as per uk law, the retailer is legally responsible for ensuring goods are sent and received in full by the customer. I’ll now need to claim through my bank which is annoying in itself but I also still won’t have the jumper I wanted, and won’t be shopping at Pangaia again in future. Shame because it’s a brand I’ve wanted to try for a while, but not a good shopping experience.

When I went to check out, I was accidentally charged shipping because my order had qualified for free shipping. I sent a quick email to the team, and they were responsive and helpful and immediately refunded me. I cannot wait to get my clothes in.

Bought a jacket and send it back cause I didn’t like the fit. After more than one month without any news I wrote to the customer support. Reply “we are sorry, we can see you send your article back and will emit the refund right away, it will be shown on your payments method in 5-10 days”.
One month after still no refund - luckily I paid through PayPal and I was able to get my money back opening a ticket.

My order was reported as damaged by the shipping carrier 20 days ago and has not been delivered. Despite this, I have not received a refund or any resolution. Only excuses.

Ho fatto un ordine per provare i prodotti esclusivi di una azienda intelligente e consapevole . Ho ricevuto prodotti o troppo piccoli o troppo grandi . Ho dovuto renderli ben due volte .
Ora che richiedo il rimborso sull’originale metodo di pagamento, il servizio clienti mi risponde che non é possibile avendo io dato loro la possibilità di farmi provare diversi prodotti tramite GIFT CARD e rimanendone totalmente insoddisfatto . Materiali top, ma tutto il resto un disastro . Dal servizio clienti che non riesce a offrire un servizio alle esigenze del cliente; alla comunicazione dei prodotti completamente non conforme alla realtà delle taglie e delle specifiche in termini di Stagionalità dei prodotti stessi . Se compri un pantalone per l’inverno e te ne arriva uno per la mezza stagione qualcosa va cambiato di sicuro in termini di CONSAPEVOLEZZA del messaggio che si trasmette al cliente tramite il prodotto, le sue specifiche E l’assistenza al cliente durante TUTTO IL PROCESSO . Concludendo, lascio libera interpretazione delle prime due parole che ho usato per descrivere questa azienda, i suoi servizi e le sue politiche : Intelligente e Consapevole .
Personalmente non le metterei in un contesto dove PANGAIA possa apparire a meno che per Intelligenza si possa intendere FURBIZIA nei confronti del cliente che spende i soldi per i tuoi servizi e per CONSAPEVOLEZZA si possa intendere MANCANZA DI ESSA .

But there is one downside. I don't want to buy new models and forms because the company has a very weird return policy. Unless you track the package yourself and wait two weeks, write this to a support- you won't get your money back.

My express order hasn’t been shipped 10 days after I placed it. The DHL tracking shows it was never sent. Alex from customer service has been telling me they are checking with the currier and the warehouse for 4 days now, unable to provide any further update.
Surely in 4 days you are able to hear back from your own warehouse or the currier. Nothing has been sent and they keep stalling while absolutely refusing to cancel an order that they never sent or even connect me to a manager that may be more helpful.
They only marked the order as shipped after I contacted them and the tracking number quite literally shows the order was never picked up. So I am not sure what I’m waiting for..
I am not even surprised this is the quality of their service after visiting their Carnaby store - 3 people at the till, chatting to each other, barely acknowledging there is a customer. No wonder the store was empty.

The company has a very priority attitude towards each customer. My delivery was delayed not through their fault, but by the courier company in Bulgaria. So the return period for one of my items expired. I wrote to them and they understood my situation very quickly. They allowed a return and were very responsive during all our communication. I will continue to be their customer. Great support by Alex.
And their materials are of exceptional quality.

The clothes themselves were completely dirty and the packaging of them fell apart aswell.
Overall terrible experience and I will never order from that company again.
Their „peppermint“ oil was nowhere to be found. The clothes stank and were dirty as hell.

I shop at Pangaia regularly and I’m always satisfied. *****I shop here often and recently I even wrote a positive review, BUT I must have jinxed it. My last purchase was a DISASTER. I ordered matching tracksuits for myself and my daughter. The adult set arrived complete, but for the children’s set I only received the sweatpants. No message from Pangaia, nothing. So I emailed them asking why they only sent the sweatpants. The response I got was an automated message about a refund for the sweatshirt. I wrote back saying I don’t want a refund, I want them to send me the sweatshirt, and I’m not going to pay shipping again for their mistake. In their reply, they started claiming the sweatshirt was out of stock. I should point out that it was in stock, it could still be purchased again, and even now (almost a month after the order) it is still available.
So I decided to return the entire order. I refused to pay return shipping because no one informed me in advance that they wouldn’t send the full order, so it wasn’t my fault. After several emails, I forced the support staff to issue me a return label. I properly returned the package. Now it’s been 11 days since they received the returned shipment. I still haven’t received my money back. I emailed them AGAIN and got another automatic refund notification—the same one that should have been sent 11 days ago.
I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO PANGAIA. I USED TO LOVE SHOPPING HERE AND EVERYTHING MADE SENSE. NOW I AM DISGUSTED BY THEIR APPROACH AND THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. DISGUSTING.

Ordered two items three months ago. Never arrived. The issue is not PanGAIA but UPS, who lost the parcel. However, despite multiple requests, Pangaia is still holding my money and refuses to issue a refund. They say they are waiting to hear back from UPS. Super disappointed with the brand.
