I purchased a car with these with out viewing witch was a mistake on my part however I was assured the car was in a1 condition ..... upon arriving to collect said car that i had been told was ready it was on Jack's in the workshop absolutely filthy it had a dent n scratch on pretty much every panel and the bottom of the wing mirror was hanging off I was then told they'd send me a replacement in the post .... obviously I refused the veichle and left .... its now been 10 days and iv still not had my finance payment refunded back to lender so I cant get another car it doesn't take 5 minutes to do a bank transfer .... all emails and wats apps have been ignored regarding this situation and the 1 occasion they answered the phone to me they told me they was to busy to talk about the situation and hung up ....... very bad business and customer relations

Spare wheel and tools missing.Seem the the car is auction condition but charge main dealer price.
BEWARE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND EXTRA £1500 TO PUT THE CAR BACK TO A1 CONDITION

Worst customer service!
Worst customer service!! Enquired about a car, The guy said he will go and get the keys and we ended up finding him at the back of the building having his lunch! They do not value their customers at all. Very disappointed! AVOID!

I would not advise even my worst enemy to go near this garage. I financed a car through 247 and received a Peugeot 2008 from this garage. When it was delivered, it was already in poor condition for a 2023 reg. I parked it in my garage immediately because I was going on holiday, and when I returned, I discovered it was leaking oil.
I contacted the garage straight away, but I had to chase them constantly before they finally collected the car within two weeks. The car was never driven during this time except to move it into the garage, and the mileage proves that.
I told 247 that I no longer wanted the car, but the garage delayed their response and is now claiming the car had cosmetic damage. This is absurd. I took multiple photos and videos the day it arrived, and I also have the video they sent me before delivery. Their claim simply doesn’t match the evidence.
It’s honestly frightening that a business can behave like this. You know there was something wrong with the car, yet you’re trying to shift the blame and get money out of me even though I rejected the car within the legal timeframe for a genuine mechanical fault.
To anyone reading this: do not buy a red Peugeot 2008 (2023) from this garage. The car had mechanical issues from day one, and the garage has been dishonest throughout the process. Shameful behaviour.

Totally Untrustworthy dodgy car dealers
If NT Trader keep responding to my feedback and other ripped off customer feedback with their usual nonsensical, AI driven, rhetoric, then I shall just keep leaving negative reviews.
It is important to respond to NT for the sake of absolute clarity.
To be absolutely clear, NT always welcome customer feedback, because their modus operandi is to totally ignore it relying in the delusional belief that they are competent, honest used car dealers who put their unsuspecting Customers first. NONSENSE.
The only competences demonstrated by NT is that they have mastered the art of ‘Gas lighting’ ‘Stonewalling’ and lying.
They simply view customers as their next victim with a wallet.
Do not be pressured to buy a car from them, they are cheap for a reason
Do not be pressured into selling a car to them as they will try anything to reduce the value of your car
I shall be contacting the DVSA suggesting that they may want to investigate the validity of MOT’s issued through NT.
The Cars they try to palm off to unsuspecting customers are typically unroadworthy, faults are hidden or at best masked over.
Don’t bother checking or asking about service history, asking how many keys the car has, warranty provision, previous ownership. They won’t know.
Do not bother to call or email them
Do not visit their deplorable site and shipping container office
DO NOT USE THESE DEPLORABLE CON ARTISTS TO BUY OR SELL A CAR
