I purchased a car from this “dealership” I use that would very lightly. They told me they had service my whole vehicle and that they had cleaned it inside and out, my winderwiper was broken my break pads and disks all had to be replaced, which they argued with me about doing. They also passed an Mot on my car after it had originally failed!! My bank windows do not go down and back winder wiper does not work. With regards to them apparently cleaning my vehicle once I got it home it had dirty bottles of half drunken water in the glove box and middle compartment.
When I called the company to express my concerns the owner who I spoke with had an argument with me over the phone and was very condescending and passive aggressive! Once the day came for me to take my car back to have all repairs done it needed they proceeded to tell me they weren’t able to work that day, I then said I will bring it another day they knew what day I was coming down and on the morning of this day they said they only had one mechanic working so they’ll SEE what they can do!!

I have never experienced customer service skills so so poor and rudeness levels were high , when paying £11,000.00 for a car you want one that atleast has break pads and disks!

Mo was great to start. They didn’t disclose the fact that the car was an import or that the colour was different to what DVLA had listed. Stated they imported and knew its history which is a lie. Now are refusing to return my deposit and ignoring all emails or attempts at contacting them. Total scammers. A week later and after 1 person promising it’s slated for refund last Saturday, and another person making intimidating phone calls to me, saying he hasn’t received my emails and telling me to remove my reviews I still have not had my refund. Liars, scammers and bullies. Trading standards have been informed via citizens advice. Do not trust these people.

We bought our car from Nt Traders, for us everything was smooth we got to test drive a couple of cars we ended up buying one and so far we are really happy with it! Would defo recommend

Very disappointing experience – would not recommend

Unfortunately, my experience with this garage was very poor and I would not recommend them.

I was told before attending that the car would be cleaned and valeted. However, when I arrived, the car was still very dusty and clearly had not been valeted as promised.

More concerningly, none of the four tyres were road safe and they were below the legal tread limit, which was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about the vehicle’s condition and safety.

The car was also advertised as having full service history. However, there was no service book and initially only two invoices were available to demonstrate previous servicing. I was subsequently provided with multiple invoices supposedly showing the service history, but some of these were simply MOT certificates rather than service records. This did not match the description of a car with full service history.

The whole experience also felt very rushed, with pressure to proceed with the purchase rather than allowing adequate time to properly inspect and consider the vehicle.

I was also concerned that my driving licence was not checked before I was allowed to test drive the car. The vehicle was not taxed, yet there was no trade plate displayed on the car during the test drive.

Overall, I found the service extremely disappointing and would personally avoid this garage and would not recommend it to others. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from here to carry out thorough checks and verify everything advertised before committing to anything.

This company is basically useless
I have recently bought a vehicle from them via my own finance deal. The finance company had already sent the funds prior my first visit
When I arrived the car was on jacks but informed by Ali that they were sorting the MOT issues. Fair enough I mentioned my concerns about the exterior condition and was informed that everything would be sorted including two new tyres.
I arrived the next day on the time I was told to arrive and the vehicle was not there but in having the new MOT. It was arranged to have the car delivered which did happen at 5pm that day but after having several conversations about a admin charge of £360 they were trying to get me to pay for not using there finance company.
This is where it gets interesting and dangerous. My wife drove the car Saturday for the first time and the tyre pressure sensor came on. We pumped the tyre up and I presumed that it wasn’t sealed correctly but no guess what they put a part worn tyre on it with a massive split on the inner of the tyre.
I have had both the tyres replaced at my cost and have tried all day to contact Ali to reimburse me but he has blatantly not replied to any of my attempts to solve this issue along with a few others. He leaves me no alternative but to pursue them through the correct method and will be getting trading standards and the finance company involved
In the meantime people any one else that have had similar issues and there are plenty of you please get in touch with me and I will work on your behalf’s
I am basically furious that this clown has put mine my wife’s and my 91 year old father in laws life’s in jeopardy and there blatant disregard of customer service needs addressing.
Apologies that it’s long winded but I’m clearly annoyed at his actions.
I will also be paying him a visit this week
